This place is in the heart of the city. The room has a pretty high ceiling, no smells at all, clean and tidy. The bathtub is clean, the water pressure is fine, the water is very hot. The towels that are changed and given out are only new and very nice, just dazzling white. The room is warm and comfortable. The staff everywhere is very polite and always smiling, which is incredibly pleasant. Any request always finds a solution and it is very touching. Enjoyed it very much and extended the hotel for 3 days.

Fantastic location! Centrally located and walkable to all the key sites - the falls, arcades, WeGo bus lines, casinos, and dining. The bed was very comfortable. Having a bidet was a huge amenity. The water pressure and temperature was great when it was working. Appreciated the large table in the room, microwave and refrigerator.

Conventional room keys are used not keycards, and there was no deadbolt lock only a very flimsy chain lock. The sink drained very slowly. Hot water was a trickle at random times. Loud music after midnight in the room next door. No bathmat. Floors could have benefited from a deep clean.

The staff was great, the room had nice smooth surface floors, was clean and large with comfortable beds. There was a mini fridge and microwave which was convenient and great water pressure.There is an excellent Indian restaurant on site that has dine in service. The paneer butter masala was soo good. Lastly the location was excellent close to everything in Clifton hill and the falls.

Great AC. Comfortable beds. The microwave worked well as the refrigerator. It’s seems that the room was given a refreshing touch. Locations is wonderful. Quite place near everything. Great parking spot.

The hot water tap in the shower was broken and we had to use some trick to utilize it. The outside seems outdated but safe.

This is a typical motel from American movies. The beds were very comfortable and large. The water was always warm from the tap and the air conditioning worked very well, providing warm air.

I missed a kettle for water, the microwave is not enough to heat water

I recommend you if u want be in Niagara Falls choose this best inn only👍

Amazing customer service, clean sheets amazing upstairs loft style ceilings exposing the wooden support beam. Well kept very attentive, to the point after only 5 days I feel like family. CAN I GO ON... yes by I rather say just "see for yourself"♡

Seriously when I broke my foot and moved rooms the only thing, and absolutely no reason to complain about in general but I had to wear my shoes, thus bothering my broken toe. Again not even worth mentioning because naturally it would make no difference otherwise. BUT I answered the question honestly.

Great motel in central location. Quiet and clean, with a fridge and microwave, towels and toiletries. Friendly helpful staff. Two massive beds. Air conditioning.

Decor was a little tired, but that didn't detract from our stay.
