Proximity to Clifton Hill was great, a bit of a walk to the falls but completely manageable. It was really clean, the staff were super nice. I needed extra towels a couple times and they delivered them to us (I had been expecting to grab them from the desk myself).
Breakfast was a total gong show. So many people and not enough stuff or space for everyone. I ended up having to buy breakfast (or supplement what we could get). Given the size of the hotel it was surprising they didn’t have a better layout.

Location is fine for foot travellers travelling to city by public transport, 104 bus from bus terminal stops outside every half hour, on the back edge of the amusement Park, 20 min walk to the falls. Cheap accommodation 60£ a night Sept 2022., for Double Queen beds X 2, therefore 2 kids sharing and 2 parents easily accommodated for short stays. I didn't have the breakfast which was included and didn't check out the free pool & whirlpool inside the hotel, nobody needs more than 2 /3 days in Niagra so this is a great choice for UK visitors IMHO.. Think UK travelodge type hotel.
Not a problem, but no hotel bar, but plenty very nearby, a 100 metres stagger from Chucks diner sports bar which was all I needed. Others are available Hooters even closer X the rd, but Niagra is set up for families, not necessarily for the lads, but there's stuff for them too.

We liked the view. The beds were very comfortable. All staff were very friendly. The breakfast choices were very good. It wasn't too far from the falls. The person in charge of the breakfast was cheerful, accommodating and helpful.
We were not happy with the size and quality of the pool and bath towels. No fridge in the room, even though there was room for one. Also, no safe to put your valuables in. Recommendations: It would have been helpful to list what is recyclable and what is garbage by containers. There were a lot of items being thrown in the wrong bins. There should be a sign by toaster to split bagels before toasting. Some people were putting whole bagels in

Great stay. Plenty of room (we were able to put a twin size air mattress on the floor for the kiddo). All the staff was super nice, especially the woman that made sure the breakfast area was always stocked (she always said good morning to everyone and had a smile on her face). Sink/bathroom counter are IN the bathroom, which is a huge plus for the mom's that get up earlier than the rest of the family so they can get ready and not have to turn on lights waking everyone else up (I personally hate when they are outside the bathroom). One of the most quiet hotels I've ever stayed in. And we could even see the fireworks (over Niagara) from our hotel window!
There is hardly any parking in their lot, but there is an overflow parking lot behind the building. So not too horrible. It doesn't have a "hot" breakfast, but we were aware of this before booking. Cold breakfast (cereal, yogurt, toast, bagels) were still good though.

I like that it close to everything and you get to park for free.
There was this employee who was filling the breakfast trays in the morning. She was very rude loud and ignorant to the people around her. she is very loud, cut people from the breakfast line and telling people”dont worry the food will still be here in 3 seconds” as if we are eating her food! The food trays were already full and if she needed to do more restocking she could’ve have brought it and filled it right there but instead she would cut people and take the tray while they are putting some food on their plate. i already talked to front desk and addressed the issue and even another person at the hotel agreed with me.

The hotel was very centrally located in the town for the purpose of our visit to see Niagara Falls. It’s location is a short walk to see the natural attractions of the falls and all that the town has to offer when it comes to the carnival like tourist attractions, restaurants, take away food outlets etc. The town has a great hop on-hop off tourist bus system called the We-Go and a 1 or 2 day pass is all you need to get around to all that is in the town to see and a We-Go Bus stop is right outside the hotel for your convenience if you prefer not to walk. The hotel itself was a great price on Booking.Com for our three night stay and a continental breakfast was also included the the nightly rate which made it even more value for money. The breakfast was more then adequate and the breakfast staff member was very efficient and did a great job of keeping the busy dining room cleared and the food stock replenished. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the bed was comfortable but the hotel did not provide a daily maid service to the rooms, but given the cheap price we paid we were okay with that but the desk staff said it could be arranged on request if needed. Limited toiletries were on offer in the bathroom which didn’t bother us as we always take our own with us. The room did not provide a fridge which would have been handy to keep drinking water etc cold. We had a room on a high floor at the front of the hotel overlooking the Main Street and glimpses of the falls in the distance. The reception staff were overall friendly and efficient and did their job well but being in the service industry each member on the reception desk could have been more polished with how they presented themselves to the hotel guests and more enthusiastic in wanting to serve you as their guest in the hotel. The hotels heated pool, spa and sauna facilities were well presented and well used by families staying at the hotel.

Welcoming and friendly staff, nice clean rooms and beds. Great location for walking to the attractions.
Not making a huge deal here, just saying things I noticed. The parking kinda sucked due to its size. Not me per say, but I heard some people complaining about having to park across tbe little road behind the building. The noise of the doors closing from other people leaving. Maybe some noise reducing felt stoppers or something could be added so they are not as loud closing at 2am. And lastly, the towels in the washroom for drying off after a shower were small. Grabbed the largest one from the stack of small, med and large and it was still small for being a ''large"

The location was excellent. Attractions, restaurants and the falls were all nearby and easy to walk to. We're not really big breakfast people so the free breakfast that was provided was more than enough. The room was clean and quite large and well stocked. The staff was great. Friendly and ready to help with what ever we needed. We would definitely book a stay here again in the future.
We booked a room with a jacuzzi tub. What we didn't realize was that there was no shower as well. It would have been nice to know this in advance. It was however a small inconvenience.

Breakfast was very good and as things deplenishedcthe host/hostess would replace it.good location within walking distance to most attractions and restaurants
Parking remains an issue I realize the space is limited but when we would leave property we would loose our spot. I refuse to use overflow as it is in a bad area and I refuse to not be able to see my car/truck. Also when you book online that there is mention of parking being added to your bill. J hate being g told an I creased price then what's agreed to when booked online. Also pool extremely cold did not use it needs to be heated.

This hotel was so close to Clifton Hill, about 5 minutes walk. Great restaurants and facilities close by. We walked to Niagara Fall in 10 minutes. Great staff, very friendly and the breakfast was really good, lots of food to choose from.
When we got into the room, the bathroom was not clean. There was hair all over the floor and the toilet was dirty. The other downside was the fingernail or toenail clipping on the carpet. Yuck..
