Beautiful facility, very clean and comfortable room.

Sketchy neighborhood. Very few quality dining options nearby. We were approached by homeless people, looking for money, twice in two days.

The room was large, with a lovely bathroom and it came with nice comfy robes. The staff were really friendly and helpful especially the cleaning lady. They brought milk and cookies to our room in the evening which I loved! The breakfast was very good even if you have to choose what you want the night before. They will deliver it to your room at no extra charge and they were on time each day. Fabulous hotel at an amazing price and it is right near all the tourist areas of the falls but not too close 😁

The car park was almost impossible to find on our first day and we drove past a few times to find a spot to stop. Turns out that it is opposite the hotel and once you know where it is then it is great.

Location, for walking to the falls, casino, around town. Room was nice, the bed was very comfy and pillows too :D

The shower was nice but I didn't like that we had no where to sit our shampoo or bodywash, the breakfast wasn't the greatest. I think a breakfast in the dining room would be better, I think you kind of waste food allowing so many choices and im not a fan of getting my hot food in a seal container, the moisture ruins the food (In my opinion) For all the more rentable rooms you have (excluding people who live there) I think you could do a continental breakfast very reasonable.

Location was perfect! And Lori, The lounge bartender was a 10+! She helped us plan our stay with great tips. She was helpful and friendly beyond her job description.

Some of the details in the hotel description were not true. No robes, no chocolates or cookies, no food as described. These things were not deal breakers for us, but truthfullness can go a long way... PS a little shelf in the shower would have been helpful for older people like us. Thank God we can still bend over and stsnd back up!

The location was perfect! It was a quick 4 minute walk to the American Falls and the attractions! It gave a vintage feel to it while keeping a comfy vibe. It was a very nice room! The breakfast bagels were delicious! I love how they brought cookies in the night too! I would come back!

Even though we put the “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, housekeeping still came into our room. It was a little weird but it wasn’t a big deal!

Extremely nice staff, had a great view of Toronto from the room, gorgeous room and bathroom, private parking, decent hot room service breakfast, location was perfect. I was a little worried from some of the reviews, but we loved it. If you like somewhat fever dreamish art deco, you will love it.

Lots of issues with the cable. They had just replaced it and we had no clue what the channels were, there was no guide, and we just had to search and hope we found something decent. This has probably been fixed by now. There never seemed to be a bartender in the bar. Worst thing was that one side of the bed was very broken down and uncomfortable while the other side was wonderfully comfortable. The mattress either needs to be changed out or rotated regularly. I gave my husband the comfortable side after the first night and my sleep did suffer somewhat.

Great location and it had parking, the hotel is lovely to look at and decorated beautifully. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful especially the lady who checked us in.

The breakfast was strange it was all served in a metal tray in plastic containers. Felt a bit like plane food and not very tasty. If we were staying for another night we probably wouldn’t have had it! I would suggest a cold buffet continental style would be a better option.

The staff was very polite, personable, and helpful. The location couldn't have been any better. Breakfast every morning was delivered with a smile and it was delicious. Housekeeping staff was so kind and had anything we needed delivered to our room within minutes. Cookies delivered to the room at night were fresh baked, warm, wonderful, and a very nice personal touch. We couldn't have asked for anything more at the Giacomo. It was a fantastic experience and we can't wait to come back and see all those beautiful smiling faces again! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!!

Do to covid they brought a complimentary breakfast to our room that we had chosen from a list the night before. We could see the Niagara Falls fireworks from the rooftop lounge. Very charming old hotel.

I would love to have been on a higher floor as we we on the 2nd.

The music, personal letter and comforts made entering the room so inviting! Complimentary breakfast delivered to the room was an unexpected leisure! The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to everything! I prefer a place to stay with character and this place didn't disappoint! Truly an amazing stay!

Might want to add microwave to the room and the lounge could have later hours and more prompt uninterrupted bar tender.
