I stayed here for 4 days and it was pleasant, workers are very helpful. Nine minutes walk to the falls. They have Starbucks in the hotel. Dunkin, 711, and many other restaurants are just in a walking distance. Area is very touristy so even at night it feels pretty safe, it is also comfortable, and clean.

No free parking they charge on the parking in the property

The location was great. It was not crazy busy like the Canadian side. I could easily move between the US and Canada any time of the day to enjoy both sides of the falls. My phone and cards were stolen when I arrived in Canada, and I was so stressed, but when I arrived at the hotel the receptionist was so helpful. She really helped put my mind at ease. The lady on the bar was also really lovely, and gave some great guidance on local events. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the falls.

great location, easy to find - just across from the rainbow bridge and near the falls. no view of the falls from this location had a small pool which looked good we just didn't have time to use room also had a fridge and microwave I'm the room stored our cases whilst we went out for the day went to the casino which was fun few stalls outside hotel selling delicious smelling food but again didn't have time to eat if you get chance head down to the Anchor Bar and try their buffalo wings ! amazing

didn't really get a welcomed reception on arrival, receptionist barely spoke to us and we were not informed that Niagara does a nightly fireworks display at 10pm or that the falls lit up at night which is a shame as we missed it all ... would have been nice to have been told or advertised on check in room was a bit tired and smelled of dogs and air conditioning waa very very loud all night unfortunately but only there for 1 night so no great deal

We love that it was close to everything. The falls, the bridge, restaurants, the aquarium, the casino if you wanted to do that... everything is within walking distance. You can see the mist coming up from the American Falls, the Rainbow Bridge. The hotel was very clean and the staff was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. We arrived a day earlier than we were supposed to.. by deciding to drive the whole way from VA. They let us get our room another night. Great experience.

It's very close to the Niagara Falls State Park. We stayed there when we visited 3 years ago. The staff is very friendly. We had a shower that wasn't draining & they upgraded us to a very nice suite. It was very much appreciated.

The cleaning staff needs to do better especially since they are only cleaning the rooms between visitors. Also, it definitely needs some repairs and updates. The carpets in the hallways are dirty. When we visited 3 years ago they didn't charge for parking & breakfast was included. This time they charged $19.95/day for parking and if you wanted breakfast they were charging $19.95/pp per day.

The location was prefect. We were able to walk to all our destinations.

The front desk agent lacks personality, she doesn't greet and seems bothered. I checked in explaining I had reservations for 2 rooms, she insisted I only had one. Secondly, I was told that I would be charged at time of check in, I was charged for the 2 rooms before I arrived at the hotel. I time of check out, we were checked out by the same young woman, once again, attitude, no greeting, no thank you, no nothing. I don't look forward to be treated like a queen, but a simple good morning goes a long way. Lastly, the carpet needs to be cleaned; it smells.

The hotel is in a great location, it’s a 10 minute walk to Niagara Falls state park and a few minutes from there to the falls and another 15 minute walk to Rainbow Bridge to cross the boarder. Our room was lovely and spacious and our view looked out to the falls. I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and would definitely stay again

all was amazing, really nice room, very comfy bed and ideal location for the US side of the falls , would stay here again if had the chance, also very close is the rainforest cafe such a amazing place to eat - a little pricey but great ambience

nothing, all was good including the location, staff friendly, and everything you need for a short stay to the falls I would recommend for anyone visiting for a short time, great experience overall.
