This is my first time writing a review for a hotel... because i would like to thank Manager at the front desk. I changed my reservation last minute and he was very understanding... Great service ,polite ,very attentive to my needs. very supportive for me . He was so professional and so helpful with whatever I needed. Hard to find this kind of person these days in customer service...He was amazing Definitely the best hotel in this area. As usual, I’ll be coming back soon to your establishment because the experience has been always great so far ! Thank you very much

Clean, comfortable and decent price
No breakfast due to Covid-19 and they were out of coffee cups for days so the 24-7 coffee in lobby was unavailable Staff member yelled at me, because I needed new sheets and did not want to bother her so I grabbed them off of cart. Problem with prostitutes staying here, making threats of physical violence and hallways smell like weed. Otherwise, it is comfortable and clean and MOST staff are friendly. Did not bring cats but they are cat friendly

We loved that it was clean, affordable and walking distance to the go train.
The AC would not turn on and the room was very warm. We woke up because it quit working and it wouldn’t turn back on.

The location and convenience of the motel and the staff is very friendly
The bathroom door had been removed so it was uncomfortable for my girlfriend there were no coffee cups in the lobby so you had to use a old cup from you room to get a cup. There needs to be more towels because when using the roll in shower the bathroom floor gets lots of water on it it becomes dangerous to walk on as I use a walker

Took a while for person at front desk to show up. Had to call the hotel while standing IN the lobby so someone would repsond. Also minor issues are pillows too small. Also more towels pls.
