We stayed here to visit family who live walking distance. I was worried about road noise but we couldn’t hear the road at all. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a much better experience than we anticipated.

The common areas (hallways, stairs, breakfast room, lobby, outside) were a little dirty and not cleaned every day. A plan pot fell over outside and the dirt was there for 3 days. Dirt on the stairs and in the hallway was there for 3 days. The breakfast room tables could do with cleaning in between guests. It was disgusting by the time we went for breakfast. AC was ridiculously noisy, like a jet plane taking off. And the shower from the neighboring room woke us up every day. I would have give an extra point if they would pay attention to common area cleanliness.

Good location, reasonable price ... a hotel brand name I've used many times over the years and know what I'm going to get.

The only thing I didn't like was that the tv was complicated to use. Two different remotes that both had to be used ... and many buttons on one of them that made finding the right buttons difficult. The instructions were clearly written(and there were lots of steps necessary). But if you didn't read the instructions throughly you'd have almost zero chance of figuring it out. For a grumpy, tech challenged, impatient 65 year old guy like me .... that was very frustrating. I eventually figured it out. But I've been to hotels where tv watching is A LOT easier.

The breakfast was satisfactory, The coffee was not hot.

The room was cleaned at. I would not say it was clean. When we came in there was a label off something with the price on it on the floor. It took time to find the garbage cans, only the one in the bathroom. The others were under the chairs and table near the window and it was not until we sat there and had a hard time getting into the chair did we fine them. The fridge was wipe at, but I would not say it was clean.

Breakfast was convenient. A selection of foods. Coffee was good. Location was perfect for my needs. The event I attended was very close by. Lots of choices for food. The room was clean and the staff were excellent.

The hotel is older but well taken care of and clean. The price seemed a little high but is on par with today’s hotel prices.

Good location. Liked that there was no carpet in the room - feels clean. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Complimentary breakfast.

No elevator. There was a spider on the bed and a wasp in the oomph on our window. Registered as a group of four people but only two towels in the room. (But we were given extra towels each time we asked).

The room was updated and more modern and was comfortable quiet and clean.

The outside of the building was deceiving, the initial appearance feeling was doubtful and uncertain, as the outside and decor of the building itself could use some work.

I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and comfortable. Smells nice loved our room and the young lady at the desk was so kind . I would definitely stay again. Everyone was sp nice and welcoming

Nice flooring and no carpet. Fluffy pillows. Nice breakfast. Friendly front desk staff. Good quality shampoo👍🏻

Stains on bathtub. Lack of a hand towel rack near the sink.👎🏻

Staff were very accommodating place was spotless clean i was very happy

Easy to get to and clean

The pipes in the hotel were insanely loud that could hear when anyone took a shower in the hotel. Not ideal for wanting to sleep in
