Ideal location with lots of restaurants around. Abundant parking. Clean lobby, elevators, corridors and rooms (we had two rooms). Appreciated the powerful handheld shower as well as the rain head shower in the walk-in bath. Overall, our two night stay was a good one. It is my second visit, the first being last year. I will consider staying here again next year.

Mattresses were not comfortable for me. Sink had very slow drainage (reported to front desk at checkout). Rooms are not equipped with newer usb-C connections, I will remember to bring mine on my next visit. .

Decor was fantastic. Staff was friendly and quick to check me in. Room was the cleanest hotel I've ever seen. Your housekeeping staff is top tier. Nothing was out of place. The bathrooms are designed very well, I love the shower. The rainfall head and the large square tubs are very high-end feeling. The towels were great and so were the toiletries. The bed was insanely comfortable and felt very clean.

My only complaint is how can you have such a well thought out place that is so comfortable and inviting but I can't find a bottle of water anywhere? Need to upgrade vending services and get machines that accept debit/tap. I ca e back from out work event after talking to over 200 people for 3 hours and I was parched, and assumed I could get a bottle of water at the hotel so I drove past 5 gas stations/convenience stores on the way back just to come to realize that there's literally nothing to drink there but tap water.

The hotel was perfect for my weekend stay with friends. Beyond my expectation. It was clean, the decor was lovely and it had a really great ambience. My room had a mini kitchen that had a microwave, a stove where you can make a quick meal, plates, cups etc. It is located right next to a mall that has restaurants like Mandarin, Baton Rouge, Jack Astor's and more. We arrived late at night, it was nice that there were restaurants close by, that were still open, so we could have dinner. Costco is like a 4min drive away in case you needed to grab some supplies. I'll visit again for sure.

Location is fine if you have a car. I am familiar with the Ottawa region and I much preferred to stay in this area as it is quieter than downtown. With a car, it's only about 10 min to get anywhere.

I would've preferred that housekeeping services be done daily. You had to hang a sign on your door before 10 am to request cleaning, otherwise it was not done. I think this is unnecessary as many guests are still waking up close to that time, and many may worry about cleaning staff entering the room so early while they are getting ready for the day, so it makes one hesitant to hang the sign.

Staff was great!! The bartender the evening we were there was fantastic! He was friendly and very efficient. His eye for detail is great. Watching him prepare drinks I could tell he took great pride in his work. Customers were very well looked after!

Lack of actual milk or cream for morning coffee in the lobby area, we are not fans of Coffee Mate. There were lots of tea bags in the room but there was not any coffee to prepare in the room.

The location was great and there are restaurants in walking distance

There was no reading material. Everything with a QR code, I use my phone a lot but it's nice to have information on paper still. I would have liked to have had the menu for the restaurant that was attached. It is a $$$ restaurant

It was not my first time there and I liked the property and amenities at this place.

I didn’t taught about it when I did the reservation but when you have to cross the Rideau River to go to the airport by example, crossing the bridge in the morning is a real headache. Took us 40 min to do 5km in the afternoon too, leaving from the hotel. Location was very bad for this…

The location is great as it is close to main roads. There is plenty of restaurant around for late snacks or coffee. Well situated for our house hunting trip.

The timing to let the cleaner know if you want your room clean or not. You have to wait the next day if you miss it. However they will accommodate if necessary.

The facilities were impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. My room was well-appointed, with cozy bedding that ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was also a major plus, situated conveniently near local attractions and transport links, making it easy to explore the area

I loved the style of the architecture/decor. Ample parking! Lots of restaurants in front of the hotel. Check in/Check out was simple and quick. Room was comfortable, with well-equipped kitchen and sitting area with fold-out couch.

My pet-peeve: slow-to-drain sink - which I experienced in the bathroom. It's a shallow sink to start with, so any water accumulation is going to be annoying immediately. WHY!!!?? was this not reported by those who clean daily? If it was reported by previous guest, why was it NOT resolved before booking for the next guest (me)? And most importantly, now that I have reported it upon my departure, would it be attended to and remedied before the next guest??
