The staff was very friendly and inviting. The pool was clean and rooms as well. Amazing contanental breakfast with a variety of options for everyone. The housekeeper we had on floor 3 was very friendly and also helped us with extra towels and pillows when we asked and asked if there was anything else she could help us with. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. We also liked that we could also use the BBQ that is on site as well. Which helped with keeping our cost down while on vacation with the family. We also like that there was alot of beachs to go to within less then a hour away and one just down the road for the hotel in Port elgin which had a small park, volleyball courts, flushable washrooms, showers and live entertainment on the Sunday We stayed. The beach was also sandy and not rocky like goderich.

There wasn't anything we did not like about the hotel.

My family and I drove up from Beeton, which is just over 2hrs away. Are intention was to spend all the time at sauble beach. When we arrived to the hotel it was raining, the hotel staff let us check in early and my three daughters, husband and myself enjoyed the pool all day long. Mark specifically was such a pleasure to deal with. The entire staff at the hotel was so pleasant and courteous! We really appreciated every single person that we had contact with during our stay. We will absolutely be back!!!!

A member of the construction crew made advances on my spouse on Sunday evening (Aug. 14). I do not have a name but this same fellow was in the breakfast area in the morning on Aug. 15 - I think you would agree that this is not appropriate behavior. It seems that members of the construction team are lodging at the hotel but this one individual made us rather uncomfortable. Your follow up on this and update on actions taken to correct would be appreciated. This was, otherwise, a very enjoyable stay.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The check-in/check-out process was quick and smooth. The hotel didn’t appear to be very busy, so it was nice and quiet. The pool was nice and clean and kept at a good temperature. We even washed our laundry on site for a low cost.

The beds were a little firm for my liking, but understandable. A hot tub would be a perfect addition or even a bathtub in the rooms. The surrounding business close so early.

I think the hotels should have higher standards for sound proofing, so when you face of careless people (as we face unfortunately, they turned on tv 6 in the morning and even didn't turn it off when they left the room for breakfast 😳 ) it should not be annoying

Breakfast was very good. Room was very comfortable. Really relaxed in the chaise seating. Hotel is very new, clean and decor is great.

It is not very close to the beach or uptown and doesn't have a dining room but it is in a location where lots of growth is taking place so places to eat will come.

My fiancé and I were welcomed right when we walked in. We just got engaged and they upgraded us free of charge when they found out. Friendly staff, spectacularly clean, room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! The complimentary breakfast has everything you need from cereals to hot breakfast items. This is the place to stay if you’re visiting Port Elgin or surrounding areas. We will definitely return!

Wish there was a restaurant or cafe bar. More tourist info on site. We knew what we had planned to do but we found out about other tourist attractions in the area from the front desk

Breakfast was great. Had a chance to sit and have a great coffee and a awesome breakfast.

Hotel is under construction so the view was of a construction site. That said we were up and gone before the workers showed up. So it was fine.

The room we stayed in was clean. Complementary breakfast was also nice. Welcome desk staff was friendly.

There was still construction on site which was probably the reason for some insects and bugs at the breakfast area.
