This hotel is very well run. Staff are accommodating and work very hard. Our room was spacious and lacked nothing. The room setup is such that each on ground floor have walkout with a pair of chairs. The bathroom was huge, large walk-in shower. Hotel has outside and inside pools, indoor hot tub and sauna, lots of fresh towels. Breakfast is excellent but was very busy when we went, could not find table, as lots of couples do not share space. Hotel walking distance to several eateries.

Starting from the check-in, everything has been exceptional. We got joining rooms as requested, which were pretty convenient with all the required amenities. The staff has been super friendly and flexible without tiny requests and treated us with care and respect. The indoor and outdoor pools were quite spacious and looked clean even though we didn't have ample time to use them. Overall, we had a pleasant and unforgettable experience.

Everything was absolutely amazing from the rooms to the amenities, the staff were extra helpful and went the extra mile to help. I was travelling alone but I have never felt so helped ! There were tons of options nearby to walk around and enjoy. I would definitely want to go back again. The breakfast was nice and hot and there was always a fresh pot of coffee ready as needed.

Nothing wrong with the place at all. It was very well taken care of and we'll Maintained. Definitely will consider visiting again.

Best breakfast ever...lots of choices and extras. Front desk staff and maids, all exceptionally nice and very knowledgable of surrounding area. Lovely grounds and outdoor pool area with BBQ..nice touch!!! And offer of picnic basket was over the top extra!!!! . Also water dispenser and candles outside did not go unnoticed. Honestly..stayed in enough places to realize this was the nicest, prettiest, excellent value for the money. All 3 of us will come back with each of our families. Oh, forgot to mention, we used the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.Fantastic and loved towels on site. Super super clean.

Good value for money. Friendly staff but i suspect that they are under staff unfortunately, hence a few negative comments.

Some of the plates were dirty and there was no dishwasher. No net curtains on the door and the staff patio and public pool area were directly outside this door. Breakfast badly organised with things running out.

Centrally located close to downtown. Plenty of amenities such as indoor pool, hot tub and breakfast included.

There was no hand soap in bathroom and the body wash pump was either empty or would not dispense any body wash. I had my own back up wash but that seemed off that such simple staples weren’t there in deluxe suite.

Property was at a great location with good amenities. Loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Walmart, LCBO, boston pizza, McD, Tim hortons were all nearby. Port elgin beach was just 7 min drive where we could see beautiful sunset. Saubal beach was just half hr drive away. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was cooperative.

It is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. had everything we needed all the time. We will be back just based on the hotel. Port Elgin is beautiful!

The location is great the pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast was awesome

Could have better TV theres so many free apps like Pluto TV and the beds were to hard but that's preference but the AC unit was broke and only turned on high so kinda suck over all was great tho

The night young guy is awesome and those people working at the.front desk in the morning and the housekeeping, They're all GREAT!👍Except this guy, probably with the big head in your firm...He is still fixable, but he doesn't need to be onesided, give COURTESY!

Everything is almost perfect, except for the maintenance Landscapping guy, not all of them just this one guy who is assigned today for the walk behind lawn mower.We are moving stuffs going back to our car and it was ofcourse in the parking lot, he came to cut the grass where people are getting ready for check out before 11am.He asked me if I could move forward my truck and closed the platform bed door so he can continue working with his grass cutting, everyone is busy clients and staff working with their own stuffs, so we waited and when he is done and asked him can we keep moving our stuffs and open my bed truck door? He didn't bother of reply or answering back.As a considerations its a give and take, but if this guy have some issues and he shouldn't be there!
