Very Good location, access to all our needs! Parking right on the property! Rooms comfortable and clean! Staff very courteous and helpful Continental breakfast was excellent!

Outside of property needed some repair, but after entering to the lobby, everything was satisfactory!

Good breakfast. Quiet room! Comfortable beds. Spacious enough room. Excellent cleaning staff! Very, very good value for money. Good location in Richmond Hill. I was especially impressed with the mailed return of some clothing items we inadvertently left behind in one of the drawers.

Not much we didn't like! :) The odd communication uncertainty (minor).

The breakfast was much better than expected. So many tasty choices, including boiled eggs, baked beans, cereal, pumpernickel toast, yogurt, donuts and bagels. Waffle maker too! The front desk staff were friendly and helpful

The beds weren't the most comfortable

Breakfast was great and we appreciated the options available. The beds were comfortable and made for a restful sleep, The room was pleasant and looked much better than expected considering the aged look of the hotel exterior.

The bathtub was very slippery and taking a shower was an adventure until we got a mat from the staff, The air conditioning was noisy but it worked well and the weather was warm, The computer plug in the table lamp was non-functional. It was reported but nothing was done about it. (I must add that the staff were very helpful.)

Room was clean but needs a little update. The bed was comfortable, white sheets and towels. Breakfast was very good, had a variety to choose from.

Update the bedroom furniture, curtains and paint walls and or change wall paper.

Free breakfast & very pet friendly hotel as long as you have cage and your dog is not noisy ($20 per dog/per night). Good price specially if you stay more, staff are very friendly and free parking. The receptionist will help you as much as posibble and they do their best to accomodate you.

Very clean, great location lots of stores and restaurants close by, front desk staff are so nice and very accommodating I’ve stayed a few times over the years and will continue to stay here when I’m in Richmond hill.

I have no complaints about this hotel

Room is comfortable. Near to commercial center. Very good client's service.

Breakfast is offered in the hall. I prefered an independent room for the breakfast.

Rooms are newly painted, floors are wooden and shining Staff are kind - well, all the time I go here 💯👍 Breakfast - absolutely perfect 👍👍 Parking - very very spacious, open parking and no charge at all. Keep coming back here 💯💯💯
