The staff were very engaged and helpful from the moment of checking in. The hotel was in an excellent location, close to the Sarnia downtown and 402 highway. Lots of free parking (rare for hotels in some cities). My room looked brand new and had all the things you look for when you are travelling for business (safe for belongings, microwave, little fridge, coffee maker, etc.). I would stay her again in a heartbeat. :)

It's quite a large hotel, so some of the rooms are a fair distance to the lobby, restaurant, pool, etc. If I was staying again, I would make a specific request to have a room closer to the main lobby.

Cleanliness, The rooms have been renovated. The morning coffee was excellent.

The pool was The television was probably problematic; it was almost impossible to check the channels. The TVs should be checked. The pool should be monitored; children are diving, and the towels haven’t been refreshed for a day.

That’s a funny question! Breakfast wasn’t offered! When I booked I thought we would have breakfast before our event but found out at check in that it wasn’t available. This was our biggest complaint. Thank you. Barbara

Visiting family so only used the room for sleeping. Everything looked lovely and staff were happy, kind and helpful. Everything I needed for the purpose of my stay. Quick check in and very clean, comfortable room.

NO complaints, enjoyed our one night stay.

We were quite surprised to see such a nice, clean room for what we paid. I understand that the hotel is being renovated, that's perhaps why we paid less, nevertheless, there was no noise, our room was brand new, and the beds and bedding were outstanding and the room temperature was excellent. There was no access to the gym and no breakfast at this time but again, we had a great night.

The new furniture was designed to look great and be practical, however, access to some electrical ports and coffee maker was tricky. It didn't bother us at all, we just simply noticed that a bit more attention to detail would be helpful in preventing the hotel from having to redo it.

Room was comfortable and spacious; Bp on site, Hostess was very welcoming..

Construction on site made parking a little tedious, pool needed cleaning.

Wonderful staff and service, spotless scentless room with ready access to an indoor pool and gym, what’s not to like?

Highway noise and trucks accelerating from the nearby inspection station are a bit intrusive at night but there’s really no avoiding vehicle noise.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Check in and out were quick. They gave us an upgrade, great room. Comfortable, clean and small kitchenette. Hallways were clean and nicely done too. Easy to park.

Currently under construction, so we were not able to try any other amenities or food of the hotel.

The very comfortable beds were the best. The individual Keurig machine for coffee was great. The facility was quiet; I did not notice any noise from the renovations going on. Lovely decor.

I was somewhat apprehensive about booking this hotel after reading a number of negative reviews. They were all unfounded. This is the nicest place I've stayed in Sarnia so far. The unavailability of restaurants and other amenities was reflected in the price.

The bed was so comfy; the room was very spacious; the bathroom was really nice; other amenities were nice.

There was dust on the second shelf when we first went in; there was a water leak on the wall behind the toilet; for such a great hotel, the toilet paper and kleenex were inferior; the shelf in the shower for the soap was wide wire so the small soap kept falling through to the floor.
