Too bad they don’t offer complimentary breakfast like Most hotels do

The staff i spoke to last night was so rude, the worst customer service i have gotten in any hotel I’ve logged at. Same issue he wasn’t willing to help figure out in 10 mins, someone took the time to go through our reservation to figure it out in 2 mins and done. He even asked me to call the person who booked the hotel at 2am so he can confirm even tho he saw my name on the reservation email only that it wasn’t there when we checked in a day before but the booking says 2 adults, the reservation got my name in it. I wish i got his name.

The hotel was clean and quiet (love the signs in the hallways asking people to respect other guests). Great location and serviceable for what we were there for (dance competition). Parking was straightforward, plentiful, and not unreasonably priced.

The restaurant on site had only average food (and don't even bother ordering a drink - terrible) and the wait staff were rude. I understand they were busy with the competition happening but for the price of the food, the service was really unacceptable - I don't mean slow, I mean RUDE.

The breakfast was delicious.

I booked my room through booking.com The hotel was asking me a code different to the one that I had. Although my booking and the code were correct the hotel staff told me I did not have a booking and they were not very helpful either kind searching about my booking. It seems I was registered with my middle name and although I provided it they said it did not match. I should call booking.com and everything was correct but the hotel staff was not very helpful searching my booking.

I was visiting Toronto for Beyoncé Concert the staff was very friendly and helpful i truly enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t like the pull out bed it wasn’t comfortable enough to sleep on I had 3 guests we had to all sleep together. You. Need to upgrade the mattress in the let out couch. I will never get a room using the mattress in the couch . I rate that a 0. As far as the room excellent!!!

The room, staff and food

A LOT of noisy kids. A few of them kept pounding on our hotel room door and would run away when we opened the door. Staff was great though when I informed them (the issue stopped). I probably would've checked out the property and facilities more if there weren't so many hockey kids and parents everywhere.

When I booked the hotel room I was not able to add breakfast. However when we arrived while the receptionist was doing the usual greetings, I told him that the airline had lost our baggages and we are very disappointed. To make is happy, he added breakfast to our room without charging us. Also they had free popsicles and my kiddo was super excited about it. 🙂

Even though breakfast was good, it was always the same menue.

Convenient for airport, both reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Good size room and nice pool too.

All good except there was something wrong with our glazing where there were huge patches or streaks on the window that look bad and prevented a good view out.

The staff were wonderful. The shuttle was perfect. The management was very accommodating. I appreciate all the hotel did for us when our flight was cancelled.

I'm from a small town, so I'm not used to to high prices, but the convenience of bring near the airport was reflected in the pricing

We got a family room ( two adults and 2 kids) and breakfast was included. But there they told us breakfast is just for 2 person and we had to pay 60$ for our kids which was not fine, so just let you all know even if you reserve a room for four persons with breakfast, just two persons covered and you have to pay 30$ for each person which we didn’t know

I love the bed, it's very comfortable, the room is very clean

The alarm in the room make a very big noise
