the location is very close to city Centre just by walking distance and being close to China town means easy available of Chinese food and groceries. The room is cute, stylish and well equipped with kitchen facilities. Grocery store IGA and shopping center is just 5 min away.

the Wi-Fi is really unstable and slow streaming video is simply impossible also the homeless gathering around is not annoying

I loved the location in china town and the proximity to the conference and easy walk to old town. Fairly well appointed and clean. The key less code entry was very handy. It was easy walking distance to the Roue Grande which was an awesome experience with excellent views of Montreal. And easy to get transport either by way of the underground or by taxi or uber. What a beautiful city!

I missed having a loveseat or sofa to sit on rather than just my bed or a kitchen chair. I would have liked to have had a blow dryer, as I came with carry on luggage with no room for one. The homeless camp outside and across from the building was unfortunate, but that is just a sad state for many North American cities now, and certainly not the responsibility of the Bakan.

The junior one-bedroom apartment was quite spacious and had a kitchen well equipped with all the amenities needed. Located literally a few steps away from the Palais de Congrès, which was pretty much ideal for my purposes. The bed was comfy with an extra firm mattress. There were also washer and dryer, which would be an extra plus.

Apparently, the property is located next to some local church and the area was inhabited by homeless and meth junkies at night. The windows faced right at the pedestrian zone where all these creatures were hanging out. So if you’re fine with listening to some loud activities after midnight and calling police to calm the most active gentlemen down, you’ll enjoy your stay. Other than that, nothing really to complain about beyond I am still waiting for the invoice to be emailed after my stay.

Hotel was in a great central location, walking distance to many attractions (ie. Old Montreal) and very close to 2 different subway lines. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware/cookware, exceeding my expectation. The nespresso machine and complementary pods was a nice touch. The unit had its own washer/dryer with detergent. Similarly, dish soap and a new sponge was provided for the kitchen. The building manager on site was very friendly and accessible. Whenever we saw him in the hall, he was warm and asked if we needed anything. The apartment was clean and well provisioned with linens, pillows, and towels. The pull-out sofa was comfortable to sleep on. They offered plenty of soap, body wash, and shampoo (but not conditioner). I was a little nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but it seemed like many complaints were due to miscommunication, etc. For example, the hair dryer is located in a somewhat hidden drawer under the bathroom sink. Also, check-in information is provided in emails through booking.com, but you need to scroll down the email message chain to see the latest message with the necessary information.

The interior doors in the apartment are all pocket sliding doors. Unfortunately 2 of the doors were broken/off the track. We made due by pulling one of the bathroom doors shut permanently and entered/exited through the bedroom. A minor inconvenience but we made it work.

Although the street looks a bit unclean, once inside the building, everything is perfect. The room is large and clean, like an apartment with kitchen and even washing/drying machines! The staff is super responsive and kind. When you try to find the entrance, though, know that the address may lead yoi to a door that is not their entrance but Bakan put a sign there to say that the actual entrance is on the adjacent side of the building. There is an elevator in the building. The front desk is on the second floor with 24/7 support, and you could store your luggage there for free (I planned to do so, but when I arrived, although earlier than 3 pm, my room was ready, so they allowed me to check in a bit earlier). If you already get your key pin number, you do not need to stop by the front desk, though. It's at a very convenient location, right next to Metro station, half a block away from the convention center, one block away from China Town, and two blocks away from the 747 bus to the airport.

Easy walking distance from the railway station and close to walk around Old Montreal. Check-in was easy, and the building is secure and safe. I wasn't expecting anyone at the front desk, as I'd been sent all the access information, but I was greeted with a lovely smile and a very helpful person. The apartment is well presented and comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located, right next to the convention center, which made it very convenient for our trip. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in and checkout processes were smooth and straightforward. The property owner/manager was exceptionally responsive and helpful throughout our stay, always quick to reply and accommodating to our needs. A special mention to the cleaning staff: the gentleman responsible for maintaining the property was hardworking and ensured everything stayed spotless. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

At first, the neighborhood felt a bit unfamiliar due to the visible presence of individuals experiencing homelessness. However, the property itself was very secure and well-monitored, which quickly put us at ease. We even left our luggage unattended at the reception during check-in and check-out without any issues, thanks to the property's reliable security measures.

Great location. Short walk to Metro, China town and old Montreal. Two bedroom apartment is big enough which has a full kitchen. Clean and comfy.

Could be cleaner. It’s clean with a quick glance. But looking more carefully, there are spaces that should be cleaner. Sink and bathtub are a little bit clogged.

The apartment is located in a great area and is well-equipped. The beds are comfortable, and overall everything looks modern and beautiful. It’s clean and pleasant inside the apartment. And really spacious 😌

What surprised us most was that the description of the apartment mentioned two bathrooms, but it actually meant two toilets, with only one of them having a bathtub. Since there were many of us, it was really important to have two baths or showers. There were five of us, but cotton duvets were only provided for the beds. For the fifth guest sleeping on the sofa, we were given only a throw blanket, which felt a bit odd. The white walls in the rooms have become quite dirty, probably from suitcases or belongings of previous guests, and they are in need of renovation.

I loved this space. I loved the amenities including Roku, washer/dryer, the spacefor the price. Totally secure and keyless. Excellent customer service via phone/text/email. The location is primo!!! I mean, I’ll go back 💯. Oh! If you don’t like our houseless neighbors or church bells, find somewhere else. I love all of that. So close to China town, Old Montreal, everything

I don’t like paying a cleaning fee when I’m double detailed (prob because I’ve managed Air bnb’s) I cleaned out the washer/dryer crevices and lint filter. A couple outlets didn’t work. Fan in bathroom is weak. But who cares? The location is THE BEST. This property offers recommendations for off-site, non-affiliated parking garages but I found a ClickNPark WAY closer, covered, in&out privs for half the cost. FYI…
