Fabulous location, super quiet residential neighborhood, felt very safe. The property had everything I needed and more - an absolute dream. Having morning coffee on the patio was an extra bonus. Hosts were super-accommodating and even allowed me to leave my suitcase for late afternoon pickup.

I loved everything, but since I stayed during the hottest and most humid part of summer, the AC in the bedroom was a bit loud - but that was absolutely minor and I was grateful to have it!

Mio greeted us warmly as soon as we arrived. We didn't realize we had reserved the fourth floor apartment, but she was kind enough to offer us the first floor. which was hugely helpful for older folks like us. The apartment was charming, spotlessly clean, in a lovely and quiet residential neighborhood, & very near the park, bakeries, grocery stores and and lots of good restaurants. Parking was right behind the building -- so easy! We couldn't have been happier with our choice. The bed was very comfortable. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Everything was great!

Stylish clean apartment in Mt.Royal neighborhood. We were met by the landlady when we arrived who helped us with parking our rental car due to street construction and street closures.

This is not the home owner’s responsibility, but road closures and one way streets by the apartment made navigating by car to other areas of the city somewhat tricky. Also there are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment(spiral staircases are a thing in Mt. Royal!) which was not an issue for us but be advised if you cannot maneuver stairs either alone or carrying a suitcase.

The apartment was very comfortable and exceptionally well furnished. It was immaculate and had everything that we needed. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful. It was also convenient to a good selection of restaurants, a great bakery, good grocery stores, and a beautiful park. Easy to get to the bus stops once you learn the very functional public transportation system in Montreal.

Well thought out interior design. We loved everything about the place. Kitchen was out to use and they had everything we needed. It was great to have a balcony to enjoy the quiet neighborhood after a long day. The bathroom and shower were nice. For two people it was great to have the all the space. We will be back.

No issues at all with the property.

Spacious, quiet, comfortable temperature control, closet and drawers available, lots of comfortable seating, close to a beautiful park

One additional key might have given us more flexibility to come and go, the keychain was a paper clip and kept falling off which made us worried about accidentally losing the key so we had to secure it with something else

Being close to the park and access to the plateau was great. The apartment was immaculate and our request for a fold up bed easily accommodated. Communication with owners was efficient.

Major road construction and being in between metro stops wasn’t the easiest for getting around but not the property’s issue really.

Host was very responsive and accomodating. She made herself available when needed. The complementary bottle of wine and water bottle we received upon arrival were a great bonus (especially since the wine was excellent). Kitchen is very spacious and well equipped, perfect for someone staying on an extended stay).

The unit is not well isolated so street/neighborhood noise can get loud in the apartment itself but it wasn't an issue for us as we chose to stay in a downtown property for our stay in Montreal.

It was very tastefully decorated, lots of unique and creative touches, pictures don’t t do it justice, caring hosts, quiet street, sparkling clean! Really loved our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough.

Location is great. Apartment is beautiful. Free parking. Host provided coffee and wine.

Wifi rarely worked. So if you plan on working you need to find an alternative (library or cafe) with wifi. It is quite expensive but maybe it was just the weekend we stayed.
