The location is excellent, facing the northern edge of La Fontaine Park. Everyone in the staff is friendly and helpful. The room was clean and updated. Bathroom was spotless. Towels were fluffy. Toiletries provided. Thoughtful attention to detail. Although I didn’t opt for the continental breakfast, it looked well stocked and excellent. There’s coffee and tea provided 24/7. There’s a parking ticket machine located across the street from the hotel.

I cannot think of a negative. (And if you read my reviews on Booking.com, this may be a first.)

The room was beautifully decorated, designed; very quiet room as requested. Staff were VERY helpful and accommodating, mattress comfortable - not too soft. Great location - 7-10 min walk to stores, across from lovely park. Use of their communal kitchen was a game changer - very important for me! Continental breakfast was hearty enough - very good. The small 'inconveniences' below would have been uncomfortable for a person larger than myself or for 2 of us - might have just been the size of the room. Would stay here again for sure, would request larger room.

These are small things, but they affected functionality/comfort of the space. I had to unplug and re-plug a few lamps to charge devices - the outlets were inconvenient and loose/not stable. The only tiny bathroom shelf was right over the toilet - stuff on the tiny shelf fell into the toilet a few times! Tiny shower. Communication before arriving was a bit off putting - once there, communication was great.

It was in a very cute neighborhood. There are a number of great restaurants right down the street that were easy enough to walk to. I was worried about finding parking, but I got a spot right next to the hotel and it was very easy. The room was clean and updated. Overall it was quiet. We arrived after hours and had been told to get the key out of a lockbox. But when we arrived at 21:40 a man was on duty and he got our key for us, so that was a nice surprise.

I stayed for 4 nights and on the final night there was no hot water. It may have just been timing- other guests may have just showered. But the first 3 nights it was great!

Charming historic property directly across from the park. The location is fantastic, with some of the best restaurants in the Plateau within a short walk. The staff were excellent and accommodating.

There will always be trade-offs to staying in an historic properties. In our case, it was a tiny room on the third floor, accessed by very steep stairs. Lovely view of the park, but not enough room for two people to walk around the bed on any side.

Croissants and coffee very good, breakfast overall very good. Breakfast goes until 10:30, so you can sleep in without missing it. Room was large and clean and bed very comfortable. Location is across from lovely park and is very quiet at night. Bike lane is right outside, and there are coffee shops close by.

Those with mobility problems should ask for a ground floor room, as there are no elevators.

Nice clean room with two Queen beds and on-suit and nice and quiet. Good to have a fridge and coffee making facilities in the room, decent size wardrobe with ironing board and iron. Very good continental breakfast and great that you have the option to make use of a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your own food, there is drip coffee in the kitchen and a variety of teas to help yourself to. Staff very friendly in particular I’d like to mention the very friendly receptionist Maha who was very informative regarding places to visit and eat and was a delight to talk to. Very clean and updated. Friendly staff. Beautiful building with great amenities ! Gorgeous location in our favorite MTL neighborhood-Le Plateau - right across from the park. Walking distance to fun shops cafes and restaurants.

The parking was not verbally explained to us at check in which we would have greatly appreciated. We paid for parking just a 3 minute walk from the hotel but upon checking out we were told that there were 3 potential spots first come first serve.

As soon as I stepped into the apartment, I felt at home. The cozy feeling of being at home hit me since it was very organized, clean, warm, and there was a fresh scent. The couch was extremely comfortable and even had a bed stored underneath it, surprisingly it was more comfortable than my own bed at home. There was also a large flatscreen TV in the living room with Netflix, Crave, Disney+, YouTube and many other channels to watch and select from. The bedroom was spacious and the queen bed was comfortable, the different sizes and material of pillows made it so l can choose and use the one that best suits my neck and head. I got a full 8 hours of sleep in that bloody bed, l'd be lucky if I can sleep so well and cozily in any other place or hotel, I felt like a king when sleeping on the soft and spacious Queen bed. The bedroom also had a nice large TV mounted to the wall so I was able to move from the living room to the bedroom seamlessly and without having to compromise on any movie or show since there was a duplicate TV in the bedroom. The bathroom was amazing, it had a temperature control which was great since it can get cold in the winter and having the washroom heated to the perfect temperature is definitely a great and nice feature that doesn't exist in many homes today but it did in this amazing suite. The kitchen had a great stove and microwave and toasted that worked. The refrigerator was very spacious, especially the freezer, great for storing all the ice cream and desserts I bought during my stay. The only thing I wish was there was dish-soap in order to clean the dishes but I was made aware that we don't have to actually wash or clean any dishes, if we leave everything there its OK since during checkout they will clean the area and anything that was used. Overall, it was the best suite l'd stayed at in Montreal and will continue to stay there for my future visits and recommend people to stay here for the best experience!

The location is amazing, across from the Parc de la Fontaine and just a 5min walk from the hustle and bustle of rue Mont Royal. Not sure you can experience the awesomeness of the Plateau any other way. My room was on the 3rd floor. I only had one small suitcase thankfully as the stairs were steep. But my room was lovely -small but spacious enough for me. Very clean. The bathroom was perfect. I had two big windows and a large desk. The bed was comfy too. I went to a restaurant recommended by the staff and had an amazing dinner with enough leftover for breakfast. The staff also helped me figure out pay parking for my stay there -I had a great parking spot right in front of the hotel for only $8 overnight.

Maybe the pillows could've been flatter. Otherwise I liked everything else.

Great location. Near lots of great places to eat and not that far from the metro. Also the location was beautiful right across from Parc de la Fontaine. The staff were so lovely. Very friendly and warm. Coffee and tea anytime. Definitely felt welcomed and cared for.

There was nothing I didn’t like. The room was fine. Bathroom was very basic but very clean. I guess the overall feel was a little more sterile than I expected. But to be clear it was very good and the staff was great.
