The apartment has a 24 hour reception and the staff that work there were super friendly. Apartment is one of many in the building. It is well equipped but I am not sure you could cook there. Perhaps breakfast. We ate outside because there were some coffee bars around providing good coffee and pastry. The bus station is very close, but you have to buy a one day ticket or similar at the metro station. If you like to walk you could walk to the old city but it is not a short walk. Metro station is at least 15 min walking distance away. Behind the building, across the river, is a nice brewery.

It is a little bit far from centre or metro station but not too far. The building is placed in the area with fine restaurants so prices of dining there were little bit higher.

The apartment was spacious and had the amenities we needed. The washing machine and dryer were very useful.

The neatest metro station is 17 minutes away. The bus stop is not far but buses are not as reliable. We waited for a bus for more than 30 minutes in Old Montreal to return to the hotel because the traffic was really bad. Would have preferred that the bedroom has a door to lead to the bathroom instead of accessing through the living room. It was no big deal but just a personal preference.

We wanted to stay near Old Montreal, so we could walk there. Having a separate bedroom was one of the drawcards for this property. Had a good supermarket near by (700 m walk). The Reception was on level 4 (I think). Staff were nice and friendly.

When we used the pullout sofa bed, not so much room to move about. We had to park the hire car we later hired at a car park down the road, as the WEFRY carpark was full (however, carpark up the road was cheaper over the weekend, so not all bad). If you like English Breakfast tea, bring your own (this applies to all the US and CAN places we visited, to be fair).

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly.

The requirement to have a credit card for the security deposit. For Europeans it is quite common to have debit cards only. And some debit cards work as credit cards as well - for example mine. Booking prepared not so nice surprise upon landing in Montreal. I received a message that my accomodation was cancelled although the amount was paid in full before departure. Then booking told me that the payment didn't go through which is why it was cancelled. The receptionist could not find me. And after exchanging messages on booking and seeing that actually everything was paid, the receptionist could find me. This was quite weird and caused unnecessary stress after 9 hours flying. Please fix this.

Recently built, modern apartment/hotel suites right on the Lachine canal in Griffintown (great for walking and running). In unit facilities including washer-dryer and stove top (large microwave oven but no formal oven) allowed us to feel truly at home. Front desk staff was kind and spoke both English and French, was able to supply extra soap/shampoo and towels on request. Great views of downtown skyline to west and Farine Five Roses sign to the northeast. Parking a few blocks away is much more affordable, only ended up being $72 for five nights (including weekend/holiday) but can be a bit hard to find initially. Griffintown is fully functioning neighborhood with close by grocery stores, local shops, restaurants.

Farther than ideal from Plateau Mont-Royal, Jean Talon and Mile End areas that ended up being our favorite part of the city. Bus service does go right by the hotel but ran a bit irregularly due to cancellations. Walk to metro was 20 min through a safe feeling but very under construction district without much character. Griffintown as a whole is an up-and-coming former industrial area with a lot of new high-rise condos.

I stayed here for 10 nights while my apartment was being repaired after water damage. The apartment was very clean and was truly a home away from home, it had everything I needed for a longer stay. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedroom had a very comfortable queen sized bed and black out shades. The large windows allowed lots of sunlight into the apartment and wonderful city views. The building itself was quiet and peaceful.

The curtains in the living room could not be closed. The shower could use a soap dish or something to hold your soap/shower gel.

Exceptional apartment hotel in Montreal. Brand NEW! Spacious units with fully kitchen, large shower, and outstanding view.

The parking on-site is extremely expensive at $80 per night. I would strongly suggest that you use the indoor parking about 5 min away. My car was stolen while I parked overnight on the street. I had to call the police to report the loss, and took the train home. BTW this is not an issue with the hotel but the car theft is rampant in Montreal.

Griffentown is an up and coming suburb 20 minutes walk from both the CBD and the old port - very easy to get places from here. There was a lot of construction, but you can see that it's going to be a lovely area when it's done. Construction noise did not bother me in my stay. The room was a really decent size - bigger than I expected. The kitchen was well supplied and modern. The AC was great but didn't extend well to the bedroom. I loved the city view from the apartment and the little balcony. There are cafes and a supermarket in the immediate area.

I did have to beg for more coffee pods and sugar every day, freely given though. Parking was troublesome if you had visitors/were being dropped off/didn't take one of the carparks. There was an unexpected tradesperson to try and fix the wifi that came without notice, the first time he knocked, but I felt like he would let himself in. The second time, he came with another person and did let himself in. I've told the hotel that this is not acceptable.

The location wasn't right downtown, but it was close enough for walking distance. Great value for location and facilities.

The check-in process was confusing. We arrived very late at night and the person at the front desk did not have affiliation with the hotel. I had to search up where the security office was (on the 4th floor). The person at the front desk was not helpful at all. It would be good in the future for the person at the front desk to tell hotel guests to go to the 4th floor for security to get a key.

Location near the canal Lachine made our stay enjoyable. The apartment was well furnished and comfortable. Soundproofing between units is excellent. Ours definitely had a homely feel. Very convenient and modern kitchen. Many services available nearby. Supermarkets, cafes, bakery, all within walking distance. Very close to downtown and Atwater market.

Despite the thick windows, the noise from the streets below can be quite overwhelming at times (revving sportscars and motorcycles engines in the middle of the night…). The REM train also makes quite a ruckus… But there’s not much to be done against that (thicker curtains maybe?). Shower head was a bit wobbly because of loose screws (nothing major but these details are important and must be reported by room service staff). Bathroom sink drain was partially clogged. Parking on the nearby streets can be a real challenge.
