We loved our room. It’s the same as in the photo. Large and comfortable with all the amenities you’d want and more: dishwasher, fridge, washer & dryer, utensils, toaster, microwave, stove, even delicious olive oil and Nespresso, and an Alexa echo dot. We only wish we had stayed longer! The bed was a dream - so soft! We were on the second floor in a great location and it was really quiet - never heard our neighbors. Excellent area, steps from some fantastic restaurants (loved Nicole!), bars, and shops. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Nothing. It was great!

1. Location: convenient. Walk to Old Montreal & to several good restaurants and a convenient store just a block away 2. Excellent soundproof Windows. Did not hear the screeching sound from the construction 1/2 block away. 3. High end Appliances: Maytag for washing machine & dryer. Kitchen Aid for customized drawer fridge. 4. The kitchen stuffs. 5. Nice furniture. 6. I love the details: dish detergent, paper napkins, all the flatware, nice dishes, dish detergent, laundry detergent. 7. The robes, disposable slippers 8. Spacious, clean. 9. Very nice hand soap & bath gel. 10. Good communication. Questions were responded to within a reasonable time.
A few small things: 1. Not comfortable w/ the see-thru shower. 2. Don't have Kleenex tissues. 3. The dryer is stacked on top of the washing machine so it is a climb on a metal stool to reach the operating buttons for shorties like us. 4. The detergent pod jars need to be labeled for laundry vs dish washer. :) 5. The hallway is interesting but kind of dark for my style, feeling that I was entering a Dracula's mansion than entering an ultra contemporary studio.

The location was excellent, close to sights and with lots of good food options around. The bed was quite comfortable, there was a washer and dryer in the room, and all you needed for preparing food. The couch was nice and you could see nice buildings from the window.
I realise it’s going for funky, but all the grey made it feel like a bunker. With the “ambience” lights on, it was better. Everything is in a grey drawer including the fridge etc and it took a while to remember where everything was - lots of opening and closing of grey drawers. The lighting was a bit confusing too. Lots of switches. The shower floor is pretty slippery. A towel and one of the robes had marks on them. Overall, though, despite the oddities, it was a good place to stay.

Location was great! It was also remarkably quiet at night, even though it’s so close to a well-trafficked tourist area. The room was well appointed, w/ a full kitchen and laundry and a very comfortable bed. Also loved the Leonard Cohen references, and the hip, “design-y vibe. One small quibble — it can be hard to shower without getting water on the floor. Loved the reading nook at the far end of the room, and it was great to have a spacious countertop for meals and writing. We had a very nice stay. We had a little glitch with check-in, and the friendly staff walked us through it over the phone. Definitely enjoyed it.
See above about the shower stall — a minor quibble.

Breakfast wasn't provided? Staff at hotel were extremely helpful when I had questions. Room was spacious, clean, cool (in the heat wave) and quiet, for the most part. Emergency contact was diligent when we contacted him about the bad experience with our neighbours (see below), and I was impressed when he followed up the next day.
The guests in the room beside us partied non-stop for two nights, with loud music, doors slamming and people going in and out at all hours. On the second night, at 2:45 am, I went into the hall to join the woman who was staying below them to insist they knock it off. It took a while to get them to come to the door, and the man was belligerent, insisting he paid his money and he could do what he wanted. Because there was no staff on site, I had to contact the hotel emergency contact the next day. Although our room itself was fairly quiet, the slamming and loud noises in the hall were extremely disruptive. We'd had no recourse the first night, since there was no staff on site overnight, and we hoped the problem would check out, so that's why we didn't complain until after the second night.

- Loved the location and convenience. ~5 min walk to the metro system. Didn't feel like a regular hotel but more of your own apartment/loft - Many great cafes and restaurants nearby - Self check in was smooth and easy Staff was available to help via text/call promptly - Many towels provided - Large bed and warm - Enough cutlery and dishwasher detergent was provided
- TV was absurdly slow for us, even after system optimizing. - Some soap scum at the bottom of our shower. - Alexa was in french and we didn't know how to change it to English

This hotel is actually loft-style apartments with a full kitchen, little living room, and bed/bath area. We were sooo excited to find a full sized washer and drier which was a huge help to us. The decor is brand-new, super modern, and beautiful. The check-in system is all digital and worked very well. They have great videos on how to use everything in the apartment. The location is right in the old town area, walking distance to everything we wanted. The king-sized bed was super comfy and the shower had great water pressure. There are drawers under the bed and on each nightstand so you can put away all your clothes. They even provide cozy bathrobes and a soft throw blanket for the couch. The thermostat was the easiest to use that I’ve ever found at a hotel and we could change the temp to always be comfortable. Extra shout out to Jamie, the night manager, who saved us when the door to our laundry room locked and we couldn’t get our clothes out from the drier! He answered my call at 10:30 pm and came up to the room so we didn’t have to wait until 9 am the next day when the normal staff was in. We loved this place and didn’t want to leave!
The shower has only a slightly tinted glass wall half-covering the opening that is transparent when you turn any lights on. Which wouldn’t be a huge deal except that the shower and sink area are completely open to the whole rest of the apartment. There are no walls at all. With a mom and teenage daughter, it was a little awkward, but if we had been mom and son, it would have been a big problem. Or if anyone is visiting the room- no one can shower. There is also no way for one person to get up and start getting dressed while someone else sleeps in. Any light shines right onto the person in bed.

We loved how private, clean, safe and clean the hotel was! It is in a great location, a short walk away from restaurants, bars and the water. Checking in was very easy and we appreciated all of the amenities in the room. There is an elevator which was a huge plus with luggage.
Did not realize it was self check-in - went just fine and was very self explanatory. Just a heads up for anyone expecting a lobby/concierge/etc. Only other thing, the hotel itself is super safe and secure but our rooms did not have a strong lock from the inside which made us a little nervous at night.

The location was perfect as it was close to everything Old Montreal had to offer. Close to cafe's for morning coffee and a convenience store was steps away. Loved the modern industrial feel to it and the staff was friendly and helpful.
My wife wasn't a huge fan of the shower, "In the middle of the room" but I thought it was very cool! There is a surface parking lot nearby. DO NOT PARK THERE! Our car was broken into and the attendant played dumb.

I loved the location of the hotel. It was close to the river and all of the old town shops. A very short walk to Notre-Dame Basilica of Montréal....such a beautiful church. We felt very safe with an outer entrance from the street that is coded, and then the door to the apartment is coded. The apartment is set up very comfortably and it was very clean.
It felt strange to have no contact with a person at the hotel. We did meet the security guard one night but no one was ever there during the day. The only other thing is the hallways are very dark and not the most welcoming. Parking was difficult.
