The hotel felt very safe from the moment I checked in until check out in the morning. The rooms locked but also had a second locking mechanism from the inside which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. I was there for travel over a weekend and it was still very quiet. The restaurant downstairs was delicious as well.

All the soaps/ body washes/ conditioners/ lotions were in large reuseanle bottles. I found it weird that they stopped using any paper due to covid and germs but use multi use personal hygiene things. Also For the price it would of been nice to have a bottled water in the room.

the rooms were very comfortable the view was wonderful. The shower was great. We had drinks and appetizer's in the lounge food was great. service not bad they were very busy.

no bottle water in the rooms. no vending machines on the floors to purchase bottle water. not enough towels in the room. remote for tv need batteries. Did forget our expensive pillow and they said they could not find it. :( which just means the staff may ........? but I guess that is my fault for forgetting it.

The breakfast was most fresh and fantastic. Very attentive and friendly staff ready and happily to help us. There are a super clean and beautiful buffet with a large selection of foods. Fresh made omelette, made just for you; different varieties of morning drinks, even some mini smoothy. So delicious and refreshing; lots of hot foods to choose from. This has far exceeded our expections. Thank you Double tree.

The parking took us a bit longer to get to the underground parkade and there was an extra 17 dollars for parking fee, on top of the hotel room rate, which we weren't really aware of when booking online. But the distance from the vehicle parking place to the hotel lobby and elevator is quite near. And I assume the underground parking will be really a bonus for the winter travels. Even with the extra parking fee, Double Tree Regina is still a really great getaway.

A good quality/cost combination, with friendly staff, a good breakfast offering and a good menu for dining during the day. The bar area is reasonably lively too....without turning into a riot. We enjoyed our nine day stay at the hotel. Highly recommendable.

No complaints

I was first given a room I assumed would be quiet as it at the far end of a hallway in a corner. Within 10 minutes I knew this area was going to be party central. People were checking into their rooms around me and literally hooting and shouting at each other. I called the front desk to switch rooms and they were fantastic and hilarious. My room was upgraded at no charge to the quietest floor around. I know there were other people around me but never heard a peep. So started bad but turned out great. Bar needs a real upgrade.

The location was great! Beds were comfortable.

There needs to be 4 sets of Towels, cups, etc in the rooms. If it sleeps 4, ensure the room is fitted for 4. The extra cost for parking is also something I didn’t like.

Breakfast was a nice buffet. I did miss an espresso machine!

The only thing I did NOT like was the type of music piped into the bar-restaurant, and how loud it was. I would have preferred a more mellow, and instrumental, type of music of the screeching pop they kept playing.

we had an issue with the heat in our room, was very cold and then extremely hot but it didn’t impact our stay too badly.

The hotel was clean. The carpets could use a good cleaning though. And would be better if breakfast was included and if there was a pool.

There was not a pool. Underground parking was a little scary. Breakfast was not included.

location is nice very clean and can actually go walk around, really liked the starbucks and the wild sage restaurant in there was amazing
