Booking was easy, front desk staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Room was a nice size and the mattress, bedding and pillow choices were great. It was nice to have USB ports easily accessible on one nightstand. Towels, bedding, TV, toiletries all very nice. It was a central location and within walking distance of the car rental agency. We didn't get a chance to try the pool but it looked fun. I remember staying here years ago as a family to celebrate new year's eve by enjoying the pool and playing board games. Good memories! I also appreciate the support the hotel provides to the local community. I would stay here again.

Next time I would ask for a room that has outside windows so we can open them and get fresh air. Carpets, walls and room layout needs a refresh. Air was somewhat stale from decades of use. The room layout should be updated to allow for a larger bathroom. Door barely had clearance with toilet sink and tub. Bathroom fan didn't work very well but plumbing fixtures were fine. I found the water too soft (felt as if it didn't rinse). Only one nightstand had a power outlet. Recommend power strip / usb ports for both.

The pool room was fabulous 👌 absolutely loved the water slide, cold pool and hot tub. The main pool had a cool current that you could get a workout from swimming upstream. The tiki towel hut and palm trees made it seem so tropical. Loved it!! Staff were patient and kind with me traveling solo with my toddler and dog 🐕 excellent service, great room with all the basic necessities and super comfy bed and pillows. The couch and living room area with bar fridge and microwave was also a nice bonus that came in handy.

It's dated for folks looking for modernization. But it's clean, smoke-free and for the price, you really can't complain! The value is fantastic!

My kids loved the slide

The staff worker at the pool the day of check in. Also the grown kids going down the slide before my kids got to pass the buzzlight guy as my son & I went through a bone marrow transplant & a grown kid could have landed on him which could have cause a serious injury, when i respectfully asked the kids to wait till the sign to go the kid who i spoke to, his dad ended up joining the other kids in a "train" down the slide.

Best slide ever! Very clean property. Nice- quiet room. We have stayed multiple times.

we stayed in a room on the third floor, window facing the pool- It was very humid and the a/c definitely needs updating. The fan ran all night and the room never cooled down. Also- there doesn’t seem to be a fan for the bathroom so that added to the humidity. I will stay again but I ‘ll be sure to get a window that can open.

Pool with waterslide is amazing, lot of fun! Room size was great, comfortable closet, temperature control, comfortable bed, good size TV, wi-fi worked perfectly, free parking available, small fridge and coffee maker available in the room. Lady at check-out was wonderful! Also I've appreciated the men who helped us check-in after Ms. Lexy let us wait half an hour in the lobby.

Check-in experience was really bad, I wished we were treated with more respect. Having Ms. Lexy at the check-in desk is not a smart choice by management - her rudeness (due to racism?) made my review drop by 2 points out of 10. Pool closing at 10pm when there's 50 people enjoying it, I'm pretty sure with a bit of effort they could extend the opening time until 11pm. Same thing applies to check-in time, usually hotels let you check-in at 3pm, especially since I placed the request for "early" check-in at 3pm many weeks before my stay. No free breakfast with the room.

The heated Indoor pool was nice and the front desk on duty that time (Aug.31) is so accommodating. 🙂 the room is clean and they have 2 body mirror.

The pool is openned till" 10pm only 🙁 (hoping they will extend the hrs.) The inside of the toilet bowl is dirty and the bathroom has no exhaust. The only lights are the lamps. But overall is nice and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were outstanding - very friendly and helpful - even the cleaning staff. The pool was outstanding. A large hot tub, an awesome water slide, and a good pool. The attached restaurant was very good - good food and professional and friendly wait staff.

The carpets in the hallway need to be replaced.

Amazing! We come back to this hotel every time we visit Regina.The price is a lot better for the longer stays.The location is central and 1 block to a Houston's pizza. The hotel staff are friendly, the rooms are comfortable, and the kids enjoy the heated pool/waterslide. Oh, and we got an early check-in! The restaurant at the hotel is ok, the menu has everything on it from breakfast to burgers. Our server was super nice and gave the kids coloring pages and cayons. We've enjoyed our stays at the hotel, thank you, staff, for being patient with our kiddos ❤️ . See you next time!

That Regina gets too cold, and the pool should be open earlier in the afternoon or later in the mornings.

I like everything...great location ( close to ring road to get anywhere faster, plus all amenities in the area. Pet friendly, clean, comfortable, affordable, restaurant, bar, pool, hottub, great staff and management.

Didn't like the carpet, but when you need a pet friendly room, what can ya do?, maybe pet rooms should have flooring with rugs...just a thought.

Clean, comfortable good location and the front desk gentleman was a pleasure to deal with...

Nothing of the hotel's fault however kids running in the halls a little later than expected and a few squabbles late in the evening between couples....must have been a full moon!
