Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable stay overall. Very close to the airport as we had an early flight to catch.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but whoever the guests in the room above us had a kid (or kids or something) running around and jumping (non-stop) till 11 PM. We had to wake up at 4:00 AM, so we went to bed by 8:30 PM. Could not sleep till past 11 due to the disturbance. The staff at the front desk (were very apologetic when I casually mentioned it in the morning when checking out) said I should have informed them so they could have talked to the guests in that room.

Loved the coffee bar in the lobby! Bed was SO comfy! Room was so spacious! And the free cookie at check in was nice!

Would love a room service option for those that sleep in to have breakfast delivered. Being its a popular spot for people flying in would be nice to have some all day breakfast options ( fruit, toast, cereal, muffins easy stuff like that) There was hair on one of the towels, so a bit cleaner but overall it was pretty clean

I had an early morning flight and requested a take-out breakfast. I was happy with the breakfast (maybe happier if a slice of cheese was included). The staff was very accommodating. The shuttle service to the airport was great and facilitated earlier than requested.

Bathroom floor was cold. All in all a clean, beautifully furnished room and bath, including modern amenities for a comfortable stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or anything else.

Finding a place to park was tough (but I blame all the snow). The thermostat in the room wasn't working, and the vent was lightly blowing cold air, even after I turned it off (wasn't too big of a deal for me as I like the cold). Mentioned it to the staff in the morning, and they put it out of order for the time being.

Paper plates and plastic cutlery for the breakfast buffet . The cutlery was so soft you couldn’t even cut a thin slice of ham with it. Paying close to $200 for a room I would expect real dishware and cutlery to be used. Everything else is top notch, food was great and nice selection, friendly staff in the breakfast area.

Price for room for 6 and all the extras. We arrived late so it was nice to know the pool was open until midnight. Loved the cookies for the kids on check in and the hot chocolate. The breakfast was great too.

Just a little dated, otherwise good. It would be nice if the TVs were smart TVs to log into Netflix as cable tv doesn’t have as many good show options. The wifi wasn’t strong enough on our floor to accommodate our Apple box.

Assisted facilities were good, bars by the toilet and accessible sink and soap, large entry for walker. But A chair in the shower would have been a plus. Breakfast had good protein options!

An extra comfortable chair in the room would have been a plus. The cubes worked but only one person had a comfortable chair to sit on.

Awesome breakfast. The front desk manager was very good and quick about fixing the night shift attendant mistake.

My spouse had trouble checking in the room I booked in my name even with all the information. I had even sent a message to the hotel ahead of time. The night attendant double charged us for the room. Thankfully the manager was a lot more competent and straightened things out in the morning without any trouble.

We had to call the front desk to complain about noise in the hallways and on the floor above us. The noise persisted at least an hour following the call. Small children screaming up and down the hallways and stomping their feet on the concrete subfloots beyond 10PM should not be permitted (New year's eve or not!).

well we got stranded in Saskatoon from 23-25th Dec where we kept going to the airport and coming back to the hotel and the hotel staff understood our situation and we kept check in and out. It was a frustrating times but the staffwere very polite and understanding. Same applies to the housekeeping were very polite and helpful

It is just the first day the breakfast was not according to my expectations but then they improved it after I suggested a bit of alteration in the breakfast because some people are veggetarians
