I liked the facility itself, especially the patio area. My room overlooked the swimming pool and bar/restaurant, which looked very nice, although I met friends for dinner and didn't get to take advantage of these facilities. Staff was friendly and efficient.

The flush button on the toilet was broken and so it didn't work very efficiently. Also, I was on the second floor and so the noise from the bar/restaurant, which my room overlooked, would have been a problem had I wanted to go to sleep early. As it was, I simply read until midnight and things started becoming more quiet. Given how loud the music was in my room, however, I think guests must have a hard time hearing each other talk. Would suggest slightly lower volume on the music for everyone's sake. If you want a quieter experience, I suggest requesting a room on the front side of the hotel when you book.

This property is great value for money. Interestingly, the booking price online is much cheaper than the booking price on the hotel's website or if you'd show up on spot. The rooms are spacious, they have modern amenities, the staff speak English

There was a party going on by the bar and pool that lasted till midnight. There are a lot of rooms that face the pool and the noise was incredibly loud. We had trouble sleeping. I wish we could have been forewarned.

Entrance card key wasn't working for many times ,maybe needs to change to new cards for the whole hotel. Water was not hot enough time to time. Disappointed not able to take a hot shower to be relaxed..

The room was great, with massive, comfy bed and lovely rocking chair. Big TV if that's your thing. Peaceful place with nice outdoors. Option to use pool & gym. Staff were kind and communication great.

Shower could be better, but it's not awful. One evening it was a bit noisy from live entertainment in the restaurant that stopped before midnight so didn't affect the sleep too much. Coffee at breakfast, served from thermos wasn't really a coffee but warm milk with a hint of coffee, could be improved.

They charged me payment when I checked in. They charged me again when I checked out. They refunded me the money but not fully after I asked them. I have to pay the credit card charge and currency exchange fee because of their mistake.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant (Oasis) was top-notch. Wonderful menu, tasty food and excellent quality. The rooms were adequate and clean and the bed was very comfortable!

There was construction going on (it looks like they're expanding the restaurant) so those aspects were a bit unsightly and noisy at times. But, it was acceptable.

Easy to find. Ample free parking. Most helpful and.friendly staff. Elegant restaurant. Exquisite food choices, tasty, and professionally presented (e.g. Tuna Isla de Pasqua). Staff super helpful, both in reception and restaurant. Comfortable and spacious room.

Well maintained facilities, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds and good shower. The garden area looks inviting as well as the pool. The restaurant offers a good selection to fair prices.

There is not much to do in the neighborhood and its only really accessible by car/taxi.

LOVED it! I think it's the best hotel in Calama, considering value for money. Great breakfast, rooms amazing, nice pool and outside area. We even extended our stay, because we got sick and there was no better place to rest than here.

Would have loved having a kettle in the room to make coffee.

everything was really clean and nice and especially the staff was very friendly and helpful there was a little problem with the toilet, but it was fixed immediately, so no problem at all
