All around are good , staff helpful, and pleasant, but they need somebody to speak English at the reception which will be helpful for the guests to plan trips and other needed information…
In general, I was satisfied with all the facilities , and I didn’t have any stations problems worth mentioning

The property was very modern, the breakfast spread was unreal with a lot of options. The bathroom in our room was very clean and there was good shower pressure
There was a slight mark on my pillow and I do think overall the price could’ve been slightly less.

Nice rooms, clean and big. Clean bathrooms, enough towels. The restaurant is expensive and doesn't open until 3 PM but can provide a nice dinner. Convenient location if you need to catch a flight at the nearby airport.
Breakfast starts too late for some people catching AM flights.

Very clean and quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I ate super in the restaurant and it was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Close to airprort.
I did not feel safe going outside the hotel for a walk, so I didn’t.

the first room I was in the AC did not work properly & the base of the shower tub leaked very badly on the floor.? cost for washing pants was high, other’s seemed ok.

Bit of a walk (>2km) from main bus station but very central to the city centre. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room
