Location, view, breakfast and staff were all super

Location might be a little far from the city centre but the view is definitely worth it and also you’ll probably get picked up for your excursions so it’s a minor inconvenience

The view from the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very helpful. The rooms are warm, cozy, and clean, and are attractively designed. The restaurant is convenient for when you've had a long day and don't want to venture out - although it is a little pricey.

This hotel offers a hot tub, but it is not included in the price of your stay. It costs and additional $50USD to use, and we were not notified of this beforehand. It was a lovely and once in a lifetime experience that I am glad I had, but I would have liked to have known this was an extra fee before booking here.

Great views, great staff, beautiful and comfortable overall.

The driveway is unpaved, steep and bumpy. The hotel is located a mile or so from the town, and it's not really a walkable path, so you need a car or a taxi. The rooms are small, and there's no fridge or kettle. Ridiculously tiny sink in the bathroom. Tap water is not drinkable and no cooler is available in the public area. The pillows are too hard.

We used the hotel as a base for trekking in the Torres del Paine National Park - we hired a pickup truck and drove the 90mins to/from the park each day. Our room was warm, clean and comfortable; exactly what you want after a day’s hike. The housekeeping service was excellent.

- Some minor issues with location when we arrived - the hotel location isn’t correct on booking.com but it is correct on Google Maps/Uber (Borde Glaciar is the same hotel). We walked into Puerto Natales in 35min. - The drive up to the hotel is steep and rugged, a normal car/taxi would struggle! - Breakfast doesn’t start until 6:30, which wasn’t great for us as we wanted to be out early for hiking. A pack up breakfast is available earlier but chargeable, even though we have stayed in much cheaper hostels that provide this service for free.

Everything, by far one of the best places that we booked during our trip. The staff was extremely friendly and they were incredible patients with us with all the last minute changes that we did. We are in love of this place.

The only thing that I could mention here is the fact that I wasn't able to modify the reservation so when the number of people in our group change it wasn't an option to go for a bigger room or cancel the reservation and take another one. In any case the staff helped us with this situation.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view of the water and mountains. Great place to stay after a long trek. Free breakfast.

Sauna and hot tub are an extra charge and to use it, you need to tell them in advance so they can turn them on. We came back from the trek and were looking forward to that and were disappointed to hear we couldn't go in as it was too late to turn them on. A little far out from town, but it's near the airport and views make it worth it.

The hotel was amazing and beautifully decorated. It felt luxurious and homey at the same time. Beds were extremely comfortable. I slept like a baby. Restaurant was great. We ended up eating there one night instead of traveling into town for dinner. Overall was a good value and wasn't as far away from town as we thought. Taxi ride only takes 7 minutes and we walked to and from town a couple times.

My friend and I specifically booked this hotel (for after hiking Patagonia) for its hot tub and sauna. Upon arriving we found out there was a cost associated with using either, which was fine. We planned on spending the extra $75ish. Except that we didn't realize we had to reserve the hot tube several hours in advanced since it took hours to heat up. Never got to use either and we were pretty disappointed.

All of the staff was perfect, friendly and helpful. We stay here two times with 3 nights and when we arrive the 2nd time, we feelt like coming home to a family. Many thanks to all of you!

Only two small details: the pillows were to hard/fat and the heating runs not allways, when we want it. But! A short call to the board and after 5 minutes it was warm.

The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The view of the fjord was great!

The bathroom was very small and the street leading to the hotel was poorly maintained.

Location, view, cleanliness, awesome staff especially Nancy! & Daniel!

Smaller size room. No table in the room. The price is way too high compared to higher ends hotel in the area.
