it’s location. it was a good size property. I don’t like huge hotels. Rooms were perfect.

The hotel has yet to have its own restaurant so I was obliged to go to one of two of the café’s at the Mall of which one opened at 9am which was too late for me. My breakfasts were not included in the booking for the hotel which I was unaware of so I had to pay for all my breakfasts. Also, most of the hotels that I stay in offer a full blow gym / spa and I was looking forward to a massage. While the hotel Manager was able to connect me with a Masseuse, and I got an in-room massage on the last day, I think this would be a plus if they offered it.

Overall, great value for money. The staff was very kind, the hotel has a great location, rooms are new, finely decorated and very clear and the bed was great. Considering the cost, it was a great experience.

Two small details: the shower drain had a bad smell, but nothing extraordinary. The second: we booked two rooms but the integration between booking.com and the hotel does not work properly and only one room was booked. The staff resolved it, but it should not happen.

Interesting interior, both in general and in the room. The rooms themselves were clean, comfy and provided for adequate rest. Location is great if one is attending any conferences by the UN institutions. And there are great restaurants in the vicinity.

It would be good to tell guests that taxis are not readily available at any time. So a warning that the front desk would need to made aware of any travels to be made with taxis.

The location was great. Room was great. TV was good and coffee bar. Bed was fantastic. House keeping staff were good too.

Restaurant to where the breakfast was out sourced was only the same 3 options everyday. A 4 star hotel like this needs to offer a continental breakfast: fruits, cereal, pastries. The restaurant was reluctant to vary the egg...omlette or not...not scrambled, poached etc. I mean I was glad to have something to eat but an4 star needs to be better. Also the toilet has a door but the bath and sink area didn't. So if I had a colleague over to wait for me to have a shower before leaving, he could see into my bathbasbai bathed.

Nothing really bad, the breakfast in a bar downstairs in the open, during winter, is a little chili, although they had furnaces, it´s odd to have breakfast with an overcoat and a hat, but it was very good, and the the person who cleaned the roome didn´t replace the coffee capsuls, but the person in the front desk, who was very helpfull, gave us a couple of capsules. The transparency of the shower to the room it´s odd, but it´s ok

big rooms with a lot of space and storage, very comfortable beds (slept like a baby), very nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast, amazing location with easy reach for good restaurants and shops.

it doesn’t have room service, restaurant or other amenities like massages or pool, so that makes it a bit more troublesome to get things you want like food or ice. Also they should arrange with the mall for parking, so it’s not charged for guests, that’s also very inconvenient and expensive. As well if you’re not going to have room service, maybe put some bigger fridges/minibars, so you can’t storage things like ice and cold drinks, and a nice coffee machine or electric kettle with mugs would be very useful for the same issue. Bottom line, if your hotel does not have a restaurant, make amenities in the room more friendly to get things the hotel cannot provide.

The location was excellent, mostly for what I did in Santiago -close to the hotel. Loved the room, the bed, even the brand new and large security box! And the stuff was excellent too. I would have loved a hot swimming pool, but I understand there's no space for it in the building. Thanks, and I'll be back.

All was good. The fact that the property does not serve the breakfast in the building is really not a problem even though some people say so. the coffee bar is just two steps away and the breakfast is fine.

the view was the best part for me . on top of that the location is central , & safe . not to mention it's connected to a mall that has some nice restaurants .

my only complaint is that there was no pool but i knew that before booking .

It was a excellent experience staying at NH Collection Casacostanera. Definitely our choice for our next time in Santiago. I also would like to thank Francisco Silva. He is an excellent manager! Very kind and always ready to help you with any request.
