The staff was very nice and the bed very comfortable. The towel and bathroom were very clean. The room was simple but all you need to sleep for one night.
I don't think the bedsheets were cleaned before: there were hairs on the pillow cases and they didn't smell clean.

It had 24 hour front desk, which we needed as we arrived in Santiago at 3am.
Everything else. Staff weren’t very friendly (but I guess at 3am you probably don’t want to be working there). Room was old and had a weird smell to it. No windows and no ventilation. Glad we only stayed one night.

good room!
the fan in the room broke, asked for a replacement, was told they would come look at it, an hour later nothing, went down to ask about it and they said no one was available from maintenance, refused to provide replacement even though the temperature in the room was well over 32’C. The receptionist/manager was very unhelpful with the whole situation. I solved the problem by taking a functioning fan from an unoccupied room behind her back, but it shouldn’t have come to that! Overall, very annoyed by the whole treatment of the situation by the employees!
