Almost everything. Loved the funky and colourful design with the underlying creative artistic feel. Great shower and modern boutique style bathroom too. With a large room and bed. Quiet and soundproofed I think. All the staff were brilliant - especially at reception - and couldn’t do enough really. Tremendous breakfast, with a mean muesli that’s the best I’ve ever had. The fresh fruit and juice was as good as any five star place. And the little pool is a great facility in the summer heat after a walk about town or around Brasil square or Yungay areas. Then the communal cooking area is a great facility too. They were great to me or maybe I got lucky as I got a room next to the pool. A special place. What’s not to love.. They run a good show there. I’ll be back…hopefully.🤞

Tiffany at front desk was fabulous. Helped arrange wine tour. Recommended parks and museums to visit. Called and reserved a taxi to airport. Able to store luggage after checkout but before trip to airport. Nice breakfast with scrambled eggs. Room nice size, good shower. We stayed 3 nights before cruise, and 3 more after cruise ended.

Depending on what you want to do, maybe stay further east in town. Subway makes it easy to go anywhere in town.

The staff were very helpful and the room was big, clean and comfortable. We really liked the smart TV and having USB plugs next to the bed. We were there during a nationwide power outage and the staff did their best to help. You can walk easily into the city center - it's just one road about 15/20 minutes. There's a supermarket literally nextdoor!

The pool water could have been cleaner, that's it.

I lived the hostel which was very clean and calm. The bedroom was spacious and felt like being upgraded from previous hostels I had stayed at. The beds were so nicely made, individual beds rather than bunk beds. The ensuite bathroom was great and water was so nice and warm. The storage space was huge and tou could fit all your bags and backpacks inside and also lock them in. This is by är one of the best hostels I have been in. The location was pretty good if you want to be near the more hipster area with cool restaurants and bars, more laid back area but if you are in search of shopping and more busy places, this is a little further away, however I managed to walk there without any issues. The staff were super nice and welcoming and as I had a very early flight and not booked a room, I asked if I could use a shower to freshen up after a sweaty day outside, and the guy working was sí helpful and gave me a room that wasn't used to shower in and freshen up. This was extremely helpful and thank him for that. The small things that the staff did meant so much to me and I would highly recommend this place and would go back if I Came back to Santiago.

It was difficult at times to find a taxi from this location but honestly not the hostels fault, just something to think about if you need a taxi. Other than that there isn't much to fault.

The room and public spaces were comfortable and exactly as I had expected from the photos. The staff were pleasant and helpful as well. The dormitory was cleaned every day, as were the shared spaces, and I was very happy to have access to the pool. (I did not use the outdoor shared kitchen space next to it, but it was nice to know it was available.) The front desk attendants were also kind enough to hold my bag for me on the first day, as I arrived several hours before check-in and wanted to explore the city. I appreciated that.

The wifi was very strong in the lobby and in the room itself—no issues there—but was very weak in all of the shared or public spaces. Also, as I arrived to check in, and before I had stayed the first night, they put an iPad in my hands and watched as I left a review on TripAdvisor, which I thought was strange. (Gotta get those likes I suppose!)

Reception 24/7, we arrived in the middle of the night, room was comfy, had air-conditioning, refrigerator and microwave :) Bad was big with good mattress. Convenient location near everything we wanted to see, 20 minutes from airport by taxi. Frige with soft drinks to buy in reception :)

This hostel is just amazing! Extremely clean, with toilette and shower inside the room, very comfortable beds and nice staff! Probably the best hostel in town (I have tried a few). The area around is also nice with many restaurants, quite local, but still walking distance from the city center. It felt safe and it is a 10 min walking distance from the bus stop to get to the airport (in 30 mins). Highly reccomended!

The staff here are really lovely. Everth even accompanied me to order breakfast three blocks away and provide Spanish translation on my behalf. The rooms and overall property are kept extremely clean, the showers are rainfall and stay hot with good pressure, and the lockers in the dorms are extremely large. And there’s coffee in the mornings which is always appreciated. There’s gym equipment and a pool available as well. Each bed has a lamp & charger. There’s blackout curtains and a/c. You’re buzzed in and out of the building so it feels safe. And a sweet detail I noticed is that the staff is extremely respectful with the privacy of the female dorm and won’t cross the threshold into the room while assisting you.

I had no issues here. A suggestion though would be to have filtered water available. There were water bottles for sale but just to be more eco-friendly

It's a Hostal with the look and feel of a tourist-class hotel. Staff was welcoming and caring. Facilities are great, bedroom was comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast is simple, but very tasty. Location gives you walking access to several sightseeing spots.

Maybe a bigger variety of options for breakfast, nothing else.

Super clean, huge room with separate seating area, mini fridge, TV with netflix etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast included was very substantial.

The bar was unfortunately closed for the duration of my stay so booking page should reflect that - I'd been hoping for a more sociable hostel experience but there wasn't anything going on/ many guests.
