This is a fabulous hotel in a really good location. Modern, clean, really good breakfast and the rooftop bar and pool are fabulous. Nice clean, modern room with a huge picture window and great view. What made it special, though, were the staff. They were all incredibly polite and helpful but special mentions to two superstars: Felipe on reception was super, super helpful and an all-round great guy, and Andy in the rooftop bar was a top guy. Really enjoyed our chats, particularly about football. A mention for Salvador in the bar as well. I loved my four night stay here and would definitely return

The rooms are very spacious and clean, staff was super friendly. The food at the restaurants was pretty good - and moderately priced by comparison.

The location in Providencia is really great. Right next to a metro station, yet not at the main street so it's not too noisy. I really enjoyed the breakfast which has everything you want from eggs, bacon, to bread, cheese, salmon, to fresh fruits. The wifi reception was also excellent. I also like the gym.

There's a slight smell in some of the corridors and some of the rooms that catches my breath a bit. I've been to the hotel twice and it was always there. I think that it is the (probably very thorough) cleaning product that they use. I needed to open my room window to compensate - but then it was fine. I would go again.

What a great hotel! We stayed in two rooms - one double twin and one king. The hotel was renovated and we were so excited to have access to an in room espresso machine (with pods) and a latte/espresso machine in the lobby. They also provided FREE sodas and waters in our in room fridge. Breakfast options were the best we had (sausage/eggs/fruit/baked goods buffet) in 2 weeks of travel across Chile/Argentina. The wifi was fast and the pool on the roof was chilly but awesome. We walked 2 min from the hotel to the train and used public transit with no issue. There were also a bunch of restaurants right behind the hotel. I couldn't believe what we got for such a low price. Staff were friendly. This place was awesome.

I liked the location, and it is not the closest to the tourist attractions (might have to take a taxi or metro) but it is close to plenty of great restaurants. Nice air conditioning which is essential in Chilean summer. Breakfast was great!! Service was amazing. See below for the hot water issue. The reaction of the staff was quick and friendly. In my previous experience, the staff could be very dismissive when it comes to problems that they don't want to deal with. Therefore, I highly appreciate the effort and the friendly attitude.

We had a problem with hot water on the first night, where the shower was just lukewarm rather than hot. We spoke to the front desk, and were told that the problem should have been resolved, but then the second night, it felt warmer than the first night but it still wasn't that hot. It is not a huge problem in the hot Chilean summer, but we spoke to the front desk nonetheless, and the staff quickly came up to check and acknowledged our concern but admitted that it seemed a hotel wide issue and she would check with the maintenance team again. The problem was fully resolved by the third night.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff were wonderful, so helpful. Filipe when we arrived and left was a mine of information and Migel really helpful translating messages. The restaurant staff were also kind, helping us learn Spanish with a smile. The beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean. Lots of free bottled water in your room and a drinking fountain and coffee machine in reception. Lots of restaurants in the area, metro round the corner. We would definitely stay again

Great location for exploring the city. Close to the subway. The breakfast has a wide variety of food and quality is good. We had the opportunity to eat at the View Bar on the rooftop. We loved the pisco sour and white wine. The room has the essentials. Complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby is a good gesture.

The only feedback is the water pressure of the shower is not great, and it took long to get hot water running. The house keeping didn’t make up my room on the second day but we got towels changed and water replenished.

Great location in Providencia, within walking distance of the Costanerra Centre, Parque de Las Esculturas, and the Oasis side of Cerro San Cristobal. For the price, the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The drinks in the mini bar were included in the price of the room, and were restocked daily by housekeeping. Breakfast included a great buffet variety as well as made to order egg dish options. Reception staff were friendly and all that we dealt with had excellent English. They were happy to hold our luggage on our check-out day while we went out exploring, as our flight wasn't until the evening.

Great hotel. The food was delicious. Housekeeper and restaurant staff was so cordial and friendly.

The front desk staff was a disaster. Never smiled, would actually showed bothered by any questions, as if it was the end of the world. It was like they were glued to their seats and couldn't be helpful in any other way, not even getting us a bottle of water to take on an excursion. There was one exception, and unfortunately, I don't remember his name. He checked us in and was super helpful. The rest need to go back to hospitality school.

Superb hotel in a beautiful area of the city. Lovely room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Beautiful roof terrace with bar and restaurant (excellent food & cocktails). Amazing pool area with fantastic views and sunsets. Great vibe at night. Walking distance to many local restaurants. You can also walk to or from the hotel to the gondola station on San Cristóbal Hill. We had a very early flight when leaving so we were provided with a picnic breakfast which we ordered the night before. Highly recommended

The bar service at the pool was a bit hit and miss but this was a minor inconvenience
