The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were right there any time they were needed. The food was varied and great.

We had no wash cloths nor water in our room on arrival. We found out the next day when talking to our companions in a different room that they had been provided. On the 2nd day the maids took the slightly used soap and didn't replace. We called for soap, water and one additional towel. We got a full complement of towels, including the wash cloth. But no soap or water. Had to ask again. That evening the TV wasn't working. We had to call twice for service. Much later he came in, rebooted the TV. It worked, but we had no English.

My experience was great. From reception to the concierge, all services we helpful and efficient. The grounds were immaculate, and the staff was friendly. I felt like was an important guest at the hotel.

It was difficult to find from the street. I had multiple problems with uber drivers and it took me a couple of circles around the block to find it myself. That said, it was my first time in Santiago, and driving can be stressful in another country.

When staying here - make sure you stay in the new part - so above floor 8. The first time I stayed here I was on the 11th. It was awesome. Than 2 weeks later I was on the 5th. NOT so good. Any surprised they did not offer me a better room or an upgrade or something but as I was travelling alone and only there for 2 nights I let it go.

The Concierge at Tango Esplendor, Juan. Everyone was very helpful and Juan was amazing. Very clean hotel. I would highly recommend the Tango Esplendor. Juan helped us with the activities and made sure everything went smoothly.

I booked a room for one night for something between $100 and $200 US but have been charged the equivalent of over $400 US ($515.24 Canadian). I was told they only scanned my card for authorization and the correct amount would be charged at check out. I had a plane to catch so couldn't wait for correction. Four days later, no adjustment. Nice hotel but not worth $400/night. Only had the breakfast that was included.

Nice seculded property just a few minutes walk from the centre of Providencia. The rooms, at least the classic that we had was very reasonably priced, especially given the locaation and the nice lounge area around the pool - quite resort-like. The bathroom was very small, as was the room, but with one of the best showers I've had in a hotel. And the hotel has such a nice lounge and pool area that you only go to the room the crash out. Where they get you is on everything else - ie parking at most places runs around CLP$10,000 a day where here is about CLP$16,000 (US$20), the buffet lunch for 2 was about CLP$70,000 (US$85), etc. Overall I was happy enough and will stay there again, just be aware that if you park, eat, and drink there, the room will be a relatively minor cost.

Beautiful hotel and pool. Front desk staff were excellent! Asked if we would like a late checkout if available. The bar and pool staff were nice as well.

Small things, like no tissues in the room and no wash clothes.

Location is not very interesting, but I knew that before I went there so it was all right. Some Highway noise on the street side, ask for a pool front room

With strict Covid protocol in place, I would not say this stay was "normal". And, it is not certain we will ever see "normal" again. Hopefully, I will be able to visit Chile again in a better time. Hotel was about a 20 minute ride from the airport in a private taxi. Hard to rate the neighborhood as I was "quarantined" in the hotel.
