We LOVE this hotel. It is a small boutique hotel on a great residential street with several good restaurants on the street and in the area. The facilities are charming. Our room, just shy of being luxurious was very comfortable. It opened directly to a perfectly charming garden. The friendly atmosphere of the hotel encouraged all the guests to chat in the garden while having breakfast or in the afternoon after choosing a drink, alcoholic or non alcoholic from the honor bar. The area is fabulous, You are two blocks from the huge city park with the funicular. Great area for walking. We enjoyed all the restaurants that we walked to. One of the most enjoyable hotels that we have ever stayed at.

The staff were friendly, very helpful and the service very good. Breakfast was self serve buffet includes continental, fruit, juices, scrambled eggs, bacon or ham, simple but good. In the common kitchen, there is a filtered water machine to fill your own water bottle and a coffee machine that you can select the type of coffee to make. The lounge seating and garden areas are charming and homey. We had a free room upgrade to a suite which improved the value for money.

5Ghz wifi signal/service in the seating area was ok but in the bedroom of the suite was poor and intermittent and unusable on 2.4Ghz.

This is my go-to hotel in Santiago. It never disappoints. Quiet, peaceful, French ambience. Just perfect. Great breakfast. Attentive service. Beautiful quiet garden. The only thing I would add, I would love to see a friendly cat on the property, but this may not be practical. Location is a short walk to the Costanera Mall and Tower and Los Leones Metro Station. Complemented by a great French restaurant, Le Flaubert, just down the street. Many cable TV channels available. I was able to watch both NFL conference championship games, albeit in Spanish.

Internet is slow, but adequate for e-mail and making travel reservations. Le Reve is not a business hotel. Anyone needing high speed internet might want to reconsider this choice.

It’s a very welcoming, silent and calm place to be. When you arrive from the street you can find peace and a warm environment. The staff was amazing, helped us anytime we needed assistance and they were always there to talk and have a laugh as well. The night coffee it’s definitely something to exalt about these hotel, we enjoyed every single night and we already miss it :)

The mattress was a little bit “old” and you could feel the foam distortions where the bodies are used to stay innit. I was hopping for a very comfortable bed at this hotel. We also needed a slim pillow and it wasn’t varied options.

Great location. Close to a lot of good restaurants in walking distance. Staff very helpful...Assisted with restaurant suggestions, how to navigate the metro, sightseeing and shopping. Felt safe in the area. Breakfast was delicious on the first morning of our stay.

The only disappointment was...Breakfast was included but we had a very early check out time. They said we could get a boxed breakfast, with several items included, but we only received a small croissant and a coffee.

This is an oasis in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars. The courtyard is charming for breakfast and drinks. The staff is very helpful and friendly without being formal or overbearing. They made sure we had coffee and croissants for our 4:30 departure for the airport and gave me us great advice on local restaurants. The management has thought of everything to make for a pleasant stay including an honesty bar and a midnight snack offering.

This is a beautiful property with a lovely Parisian feel. Lovely decor, stunning courtyard that provides a green oasis, extremely comfortable bed as well as very friendly & helpful staff. The breakfast spread was more than adequate with a good variety of choices. The location is also excellent in a quiet street with lots of restaurants & a mini mart nearby plus only a 10-15 min walk to the Costenera shopping mall. Highly recommend for a very comfortable stay.

Really kind and helpful staff. Hotel is real French looking in a lovely quiet , trendy street lined with trees. So safe walking around the immediate area . We had a quiet room in the back of hotel overlooking beautiful peaceful garden.

Organised Hotel shuttle service price for collecting us from cruise terminal when we arrived on our cruise ship from Antarctic to hotel we thought was rather high price. That being said the driver was nice and courteous.

Very nice breakfast with fresh fruit and a variety of offerings. Lovely to sit in garden and enjoy. Honesty bar was a great way to take a break after a day out and about. Manager was able to extend our stay by 1/2 day due to late night flight departure. Highly recommend arranging this ahead of time. Location could not be better. Quiet street but plenty of restaurants and parks nearby. Would highly receommend.

Charming hotel with a very nice breakfast and treats in the afternoon with a courtyard. You will feel at home. The entire staff is very pleasant and helpful. Our flight arrived in Santiago early in the morning and the staff was able to prepare our room within one hour. It was so nice since we were tired after our 16 hr flight. They were kind to give us a later checkout time to allow us to visit the famous Cerro San Cristobal Cable Car. The hotel is located on a quiet street with restaurants and within walking distance of the Costanera Center and Sky Constanera. Definitely a hidden gem.
