Room was huge. Very well equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, full size cooking stove, dishes and glassware. We came early from the airport after sleepless night on the plane, but hotel managed to let us to our rooms around 11 in the morning. The swimming pool was closing at 8 PM, but when we came around 8 the lifeguard girl was nice to let us swim for half an hour. The location is also great with 2 big shopping centers around and lots of little local restaurants around.

The Japanese style WC in one of our toilets (we had two in our room) didn't work

Room decent size, clean, comfortable. Staff helpful but internet useless - you need to connect via a VPN which the hotel didn't cover. Staff tried to help sort but were unsuccessful. Juicer at breakfast nice touch. Some breakfast days better than others. Staff on front door especially helpful flagging cabs etc. Location great! Small and huge shopping mall + train station directly below. Easy access to and from Canton + free shuttle if not taking the train. Would stay again for CF.

Internet VPN not paid for by hotel. Nuisance to sort out.

Location is very central and close to almost every shops. Easy access to public transport. Hotel room is very clean, has good veiw over the Main Street. This is one of the best hotels in China I have ever been. Staff are also very kind and helpful. Highly recommendable for business and family traveller.

I had breakfast in hotel only one day out of three since there are so many choice out there. Breakfast is the only weakness of this hotel I guess. Not much choices and I don't even want to touch any bread there.

Location is very convenient, first floor is connected to shopping mall and easy access to subway line3 . Area is very lively and modern and we walked to Zhujiang New Town to discover the beautiful skyscrapers, the very quiet and green area close to Guangzhou Opera House and the Canton Tower. Staff was very helpful, special thanks to Bruce from Concierge service who helped us with arranging the next step of our journey. The residence is truly a home away from home. Can't wait to stay again!

We stayed at the executive 2-bedroom suite . It’s well fitted with the utensils, dishes , kettle that we need for our stay . Beds are comfortable and daily cleaning standards are high. We’re happy to return to a well cleaned comfortable stay after a day at the canton fair . It’s at the middle of tian he shopping district with shops , eateries n the train station within short walk.

It was very clean, comfortable. The personnel was very kind and helpful. The location was good, the metro station right in front of the building and it was located on top of a shopping mall.

However, the windows of the room was not enough isolated. All the noise of the street coıuld be heard from the 21st floor. I would appreciate a room service or a massage facility.

Amazing staff. Property is in a prime location. Amazing city view from the room. Transport facilities very accessible. Connected to many big malls. Safe area to walk around at night. Room was perfect. Shoutout to concierge staffs who were very helpful throughout our stay.

Good location in Guangzhou. A lot of good restaurants just across the Hotel. It's also connected to a really nice mall for shopping and dining. Bathroom has the Japanese style toilet!

Could have more choices in the breakfast buffet but it was okay for me. Good enought for a serviced apartment hotel.

Excellent location, this property is connected to OneLink Mall which is a amazing, right across the property are many local restaurants, if you are a foodie, this is a amazing location. The fitness centre is also very well equipped

wish the sauna and steam rooms were more well managed.

Location and home like amenities are very good for business or leisure purpose. Guest room is spacious enough for single or couple to stay.

Exercise facility need to book each time before I use. Like steam and sauna, I need to reserve 30 mins in advance which is not a user friendly policy, it should be a grap and go service.
