Location is great, near the shops and alot of local restaurants offering aouthentic food. It is great the shopping mall is near so you can but things you forget at home (charers etc). It is also great as the tube station is just few meters away and as it is near to the magla, the connection to pudong airport is super fast. Breakfast was great, with big variety of food and fruits.

It is hard to say, the staff was friendly and the rooms were nice and tidy. The aircon was also working great as it was very hot outside, The aircondition is a bit noisy but you can turn it off in bedroom, the one in reception room is enough. What i miss was a kitchen towel, if you spill milk in kitchen it is hard to clean. Also the TV doesnt have many TV channels on, it would be great to add some more English channels.

Loveeeee the room, it's so luxurious and great for a getaway from work kind of trip. The bed is super super comfy we really wanted to stay in the room all the time!

It's too hot, probably because of the centralised heating, but we end up opening the windows the rest of our stay becuase even when we turn off the heating, it's still hot. We tried turning on the air conditioner, but it's still the heating.

The breakfast was of a good quality and wide ranging

Queuing for 15 minutes to enter the breakfast lounge, then having to sit in another bar area. Returning from getting a juice, I discovered trash on my table and egg shells in the middle of my unfinished breakfast.

The location is very nice, staff speaking English, excellent breakfast

The room was very small with quite old furniture. the reception could not exchange the currency and the terminal at the hotel could not accept the passport scan so It was quite problematic. The deposite for the room is 2 room price ! (provided there is no minibar or any fancy appliance in the room).

it was ok, room a little tired, staff were good and breakfast was excellent. the reason i would not stay again is because i needed to catch two trains, if i did not i would stay again. transportation is god and is local resturants.

The location is great and the service is well-structured. Everyone works at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The gym was a little small but clean and nice. The pool was clean and well-maintained.

Some of the rooms were a bit old and having issues, we had to change rooms during our stay.

The rooms and staff were lovely. The breakfast had everything you could think of catering for every diet.

The pool. Very cold and unappealing. No quiet music and not heated at all.

During CPHI exhibition there was huge shortage of taxi at hotel We were ready to book one day advance Hotel should have own vehicle when advance booking can be made and can share time slots to customers Rest ok as was well tried was staff What ever they could do best

It was according most of good hotel standards. The breakfast has plenty if the option, all kind of food available. The airport Pudong international is relatively close.

They have no ATM machine or the option to convert foreign money in the hotel, which would be good to have. Some people speak not so good english language, can be improved at least. WiFi could be much better in the hotel room and especially in the reception area.

THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL, THE LOBBY AND THE BREAKFAST SPREAD WAS FANTASTIC

WE WERE FIRST GIVEN A SMALL ROOM AND THEN REQUESTED THEM TO GIVE US A BIGGER ONE WHICH THEY AGREED ON FREE OF CHARGE BASIS. VERY COOPERATIVE.
