Location. Absolutely kind and friendly staff. When busy, they should consider having two people preparing the omelettes, but I like their offering overall.

The rooms a little bit outdated. My bathtub was making strange boices and felt like it might crack and breack when. I was taking a shower. Bathtubs are from the past. No one is using them. Shower cabin is much more appreciated.

I like it being so near to the line 2 metro line. Easy for me to commute around. Besides, the service crew in the hotel was helpful. I called to ask for salt to gargle my mouth(due to sore throat), the front desk was helpful to get a housekeeping lady to send me the needed after the request was made a few minutes later. Thanks for that. One more to add, the free laundry service offered in the hotel, totally like the facility offered!

It’s aging and it’s time to upgrade the room. The water outlet in the shower area needed to be checked as the water was trapped in the shower area and took some time to clear.

We've stayed at this location multiple times. Its location right on top of subway line 2 and across the street from an entrance to Century Park are huge bonuses. Only one subway stop off the PVG Maglev and you're there. Daily visits to the park make for a nice respite to what can be a chaotic city. Get a park view room. Way nicer than a city view. The daily buffet breakfast is worth the extra cost.

Hotel is aging a bit and could use some TLC here and there. Other than that, not much to report.

The room was clean and perfect for a solo traveler like myself. It’s conveniently located right next to a metro stop so I feel safe traveling back at night alone and can head into the hotel directly. The stop is on line 2 (century park 世紀公园站, exit 4). There is a park across the street that’s perfect for walks and exercise. The breakfast was perfect for me as it offered a variety of options and if you go early, there’s plenty of seating available. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I’d definitely stay here again if I visit Shanghai in the future!

The room is a bit dated but not super old. Other than that, it had everything I needed for my short stay so it wasn’t a big issue for me at all.

Quick check-in and check-out. Very comfortable bed and black out curtains for the perfect sleep. Good location, line 2 is perfect for tourists, and the nearest subway station has an exit directly to the hotel door. Lots of space in the room and in the bathroom, all toilettoiries and towels were in place. Good breakfast, many options (chinese and western).

This might be connected with the platform and not with the hotel. I chose the option of paying on site, however the full price was charged beforehand which was a surprise for me.

Lovely team of staff, very accommodating and professional. Breakfast was an amazing combination of Chinese and Western food. Loved it. The "Breeze" bar in the evening was a great place to hang out. Room was very comfortable and the view was amazing. I loved the little plate of fruit that was left in our room. 12pm check out is amazing, thanks for that.

Some of the room fittings are getting a bit tired. But it was still pretty good.

Location is convenient, one can walk to the Oriental Pearl/ Bund region, but it shall take a longer walk of more than 30 minutes. Subway is literally next door, though. The staff of the hotel is very corteous, and I must highlight the lovely fact that the floor's housekeeper, Dora, left a mouse pad for my convenience with a hand-written welcome note. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and regardless of carpeted floors (which I personally hate), everything is clean.

Breakfast had few options of fresh fruits and whole-grain cereals - I am aware that Asian breakfast is not truly focused on these elements, but still, it would have been nice to see these options, since they do offer Western meals. Also, the restaurant felt a bit too small for the size of the hotel and it got quite crowded, making it difficult to find a table.

Balcony view, electrical sockets, there are no or just one type-c port for charging, internet(wifi) works only on the one device (mobile or laptop), there no draft(craft) beer at the bar of the hotel, this time there was no iron (or steamer) in the room, there was no shoe spoon in the room

This place is great value for money, it’s in a great location ~15 mins across the Bund (skyline area) and ~30 mins from the international airport! The double room was spacious and comfortable, recommend this place!

The shower is within a bathtub which I don’t really like as the shower head is a hand held and was really hot to touch when using warm water!

The staff were amazing. Especially Thomas the bar manager, this man makes the hotel. Century park is located directly opposite well worth the visit but it is huge!! Metro train line 2 century park station exit 4 leads straight to the hotel door.

I didnt have enough time, worth going there for 4weeks.
