I haven't stayed on the oudong side of shanghai before but booked as it was inbetween the new airport and pearl tower which made it great for day trips. Room looked brand new, reception and housekeeping were very friendly and accomidation of my limited chinese Lots of great malls and resturants within walking distance aswell as all the tourist hotspots being a 10-20 miniute rideshare 100% would stay here again

Didn't try the onsite resturants so can't speak on those but i can't fault the hotel There being 3 hokiday inns in a close proxinity does make for a interesting taxi ride if you picked the wrong one 😅

The staff was exceptionally friendly and kind. I had a great stay of 3 weeks and enjoyed also daily communication with the staff having a more personal feeling - feeling like home a little. Through my stay, they went above and beyond to ensure that I had everything needed and offering helpful recommendations on the way. The food was delicious and with great variety. I could only wish for future stays in other Hotels to be this pleasant. Would highly recommend.

No dislikes. Everyone was kind, the facility is clean, the food is great.

The hotel has a great location. We enjoy the daily breakfast buffet. Staff are great.

The hotel needs some renovation, our bathroom was showing some wear. The carpets were stained and kind of dirty. Common area outside was in need of repair. Playground needed some care.

Very nice location with many restaurants with local food. Several shopping possibilities . Metro station very near, just about 10 mins walking. Street clean and safe. We did enjoy breakfast a lot.Selection of western and Chinese food. Location was for us great, better than expected. Very nice and helpful stuff .

Furniture on room bit worn down, doors as well.. But all was very clean !

People and space, All the facilities are there, Suppermarkets and restaurant is near by. You can find KFC, Dominos etc

Little bit out from city, and if they add little bit more continantial on their break fast.

Location (quite living area, 10 minutes walking to subway station), excellent breakfast, excellent "hanging" swimming pool, nice rooms and other public places, helpful staff.

The month passed but my companions still have not refunded with the deposit they put on check-in.

Very hopeful and doing their best as much as possible, found Mr. Clement at the reception desk amazing he did many effort excellent man Hotel location was good lot of interest close by

It was convenient to the airport about 20 mins and about 20 mins to Disneyland the staff were super lovely from greeting outside to being helpful even with the limited English they went out of there way to accomodate me and my family.

Comfortable hotel, very clean and hospitably

Only one point to complain about, regarding the shower. A lot of water runs into the general bathroom area.

Brekfast needs to be more continental but it was ok

There is basically nothing i did not like
