Beds were super comfy, close to restaurants downstairs, buffet breakfast was amazing. We used the pools, you have to purchase a swimming cap, we had to be quiet even though no one else was in the pools but the kids were fine. Close to Disneyland Shanghai and the free shuttle bus was great except on the way home it leaves before the show finishes so we DiDi it back to the hotel which was ok too approx approx $20 AUD for a group of 6.

It wasn't fully clear how pool usage worked (access, hours), maybe due to the language barrier, but some clear written instructions would have helped. The ceiling in the pool was not so clean. Bathroom light in the room could not be switched off

Comfortable and friendly. Rooms were clean and beds perfect. Especially after a long day at Disney. I will make this hotel my go to place when going to Disneyland Shanghai. We go often BTW. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Breakfast was awesome too. Something for everyone no matter where you are from.

Would have liked a bellman take our bags to our rooms. Also, I requested two rooms together well in advance and wasn't accommodated. However, one of our rooms was connected to the next room. Unfortunately, planning was a problem for the hotel I guess.

On more than one occasion waiting staff at breakfast were clearing guests breakfasts before completion. This happened to me twice. Then I observed it happen to another guest, which left her very confused!

it was a great hotel near Shanghai Disneyland. The room is big and clean

the staff. For Five star Hotelwith international Westin name. I was hoping the brunch should be occupied with chef and staff who can speak in English for international travellers. the Egg station chef was confused of offering me ham cheese for omelette when I asked consistently for scramble egg or does scramble egg in Westin Shanghai is offering different kind? the chef is quite insisting that for scramble egg there is these options.

The location was great, especially when you consider that there is a shuttle that takes to Disney and brings you back later in the day. There are about 3 time slots in the morning that go to Disney and three time slots in the evening to bring you back. In light of the need to do regular Covid tests, there is a testing station right across the hotel. Unfortunately the swimming pool and the play area were closed, and these two would have made our stay even better. Other than that, it was a great stay.

Hopefully the swimming pool and the play area can be opened sooner rather than later.

Immaculately clean hotel, food was fantastic - Italian restaurant was divine and hotel has a great choice for breakfast. Staff were friendly and obliging. Shuttle bus to and from Disney very convenient and spot on for time. Could not fault this hotel, pleasantly surprised as it is great value for money!

The breakfast was excellent. We even tried the crayfish buffet. We were travelling with an infant (2 months old) and felt well supported. We used the shuttle to Disneyland and walked to the metro to explore other attractions. There were a few good restaurants nearby.

The pool was closed when we stayed there, which was disappointing. Also, the two nearest metro stations were too far for a comfortable walk.

There is a excellent western style restaurant. The hotel itself is easily accessible from both airports/high speed rail. Staff was very friendly and helped me arrange a taxi to the airport at 6:00AM.
