The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min walk from a metro station. What's particularly good about it is that the swimming pool is open until 9 or 10pm so one can have a swim in the evening and the water temperature is just about right. The breakfast is tasty and offers a decent choice. During our stay the staff were always very approachable and helpful and the cleaning service was excellent.

The only drawback was the bathroom in which one occasionally could smell cigarette smoke from some other room(s) because of the poor ventilation system.

This hotel has the most amazing spread for breakfast I ever encountered. A very wide variety of tasty western and eastern food options. You just keep moving from table to table to table to table around a large food hall. Exploring them was an enjoyable experience by itself. Great air-conditioning, robot couriers for food delivery (it is fun to travel beside a robot in the elevators), dedicated service. The first bed in a series of apartments and hotels where I got out of bed with my back in a better state than when I went into it. Free access to a swimming pool and hot pool, but bring your sw8mming cap or else you have to buy a very uncomfortable one for £10. There is even a good little corner shop inside the hotel, with a variety of ready made food, that they will even put in the microwave for you and give it to you with paper towel and chopsticks. Overall an absolutely relaxing and comfortable experience.

The wifi is a bit weak and spotty. The air conditioning is noisy. The fridge smelled faintly like spoiled eggs. The decor is past its prime, but still nice.

The staff was very nice and helpful for any doubt I had. The breakfast was extremely good, everything was tasty and I really appreciated the variety of options they have. The room was big and clean. Position was also good (near the subway) and not too far from the main attractions of Shanghai. I would reccomend this hotel and I would definitely chose it again if I will be back to Shanghai! 5 stars

The staff could speak English, but the conversation wasn't too smooth. Still, we could communicate!

The property was in a good area for walking. It was quick and easy to get transportation. The staff was absolutely amazing. They made a little cake for my husbands birthday and accommodated our room with a bed for our son. I would stay here again.

The only thing I felt was too expensive was the laundry. We traveled for a long time and needed our laundry done. It was more than our entire stay. Probably best to use a laundry mat next time.

The room was very functional and the hotel staff is extremely professional and helpful. The housekeeping service was also flexible and efficient. The view from the poolside is great. The neighborhood is nice, you can take walks by the canal.

The sauna was not working, though a main reason to choose this hotel was the pool and the sauna. The pool was great, though quite crowded with non-guests.

The location of the hotel is perfect just a few minutes from the metro station. The room is big and clean. and the staff was very helpful. even with my orders, they kept on sending them to me. breakfast was nice. overall experience was amazing.

The location is great! Not too far from prominent tourist attractions. there's a minimarket, restaurants, malls, drugstore only a short walk away! The staffs are very helpful, very quick to cater any queries. The room is very convenient, everything is clean, smells good. I'm taking my parents with me and they're very satisfied with the room! I will definitely come back here whenever I visit Shanghai and would recommend to everyone to stay here!

Everything so complete, from pool,gym,toiletries service manage to check in early.

Nothing everything was good except the WiFi in China i guess really bad ,not only hotel but also restaurant not usage

Was staying in a family room and that little effort to be able to check in early in this season of winter was much a plus point for us. Room was cosy and big.

Kids bunker bed appreciate if can put thicker mattress. It’s really thin which I can feel the bed board. Service for doorman of hotel could be improved as well. Felt that his unfriendly.

Spacious rooms, clean, everything provided (slippers, hairdryer, bath robes, etc). Our room was also very quiet (my husband is a light sleeper), so this is important to us.

The outside of our room window was a bit dirty, but that’s the only negative I can think of.
