Amazing hotel with unbelievable breakfast to suit every taste. There’s a full western section with eggs, omelettes, hash browns, french toast, beans, various cheeses etc etc. tons of vegetarian options too. Rooms are big and high end Gym is amazing Vivian on reception was very helpful and kindly gave me a late checkout. I would only stay here next time I visit Shanghai due to this level of service.

I liked that I found 100% my request , also ofcourse Location depents your trip so if for exhibition its perfect but ifyou do not like to much business smell its better to fare a way from business center and exhibition center.itis clear better to book fare a way from exhibition center.

I did not like to staf in Restaurant when I like to enjoy for dinner buffe, it was to many reservation note on table so they just show me wery poor location which I do not like to enjoy it finaliy during my dinner at list 45 min no body come this table and most of emty so I do not like to this policy

Room comes with free soft drinks, bottled water, tea/coffee and snacks. The refrigerator was large enough to store milk for tea. Location is excellent for the exhibition centre, and there’s an adjoining mall. Excellent gym.

Got lost trying to find my way back to the hotel from the mall. Weirdly, you have to go through a restaurant and then a narrow corridor to get to the hotel - and it isn’t sign-posted at that point.

Hotel has extremely great location if you need to get to Shanghai International ExpoCentre, as the entry is 50 m from the hotel. It is also convenient if you arrive at Pudong airport - 35 minutes by car, or you can take metro line 2 or Maglev and then switch to line 7 (terminal station is 150 m from the hotel). Hotel is linked through a gallery with the shopping mall, food court and metro station. You can get to the old town and City by taxi in 20-25 minutes or you can take metro (approx. the same time). There is a Century park located near the hotel - great place to relax. Hotel itself has awesome facilities starting from rooms and ending with swimming pool, spa and children entertainment zone. Three restaurants and bar serve good food, and The Cook has buffet times twice a day. Staff was friendly and helpful, we had no problems with any requests during our stay. We chose room at The Club executive flour, and it included a lot of amenities and extra facilities (with lounge for business and relax purposes) which was definitely worth the money.

The staff are very friendly, helpful and able to provide us with details of locations I need to go. The room has a really good view and I was a provided with what I need for a good stay. The only suggestion is for the hotel to provide coffee sachets. I only found teabags and no coffee.

There isn't anything I didn't like. If I were to nitpick then I would say the lack of disposable shavers and toothbrushes. Other than that, there isn't any other things I didn't like.

A perfect business hotel in the area I needed to be in. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

Why do all hotel lobbies need to smell like this!!!! What bad odours are they masking by spraying such sweet, fake smelling chemicals into the lobby... I feel sorry for the staff that have to work in that environment for long shifts The hotel offers airport transfers but the prices are insane. I found a great company that did return trip for the same price as one way quoted by Kerry.

The hotel needs renovation. It is all the same rooms, facilities and decorations as it was 12 years ago. However, it is very clean. Very small and uncovered area for smoking just outside the main entrance, no smoking area in the bar (it used to be there just outside the bar).

The staff was friendly. The complimentary snacks, drinks & fruits. The mall right next door was convenient. Great location.

Very little English speaking, we had to rely on translators. Hotel facilities were not explained. At checkout , we found out that there were hidden costs that we needed to pay.

The hotel is located perfectly for who needs to visit the SNIEC fairground. It features a nice shopping mall with good food options. Hotel and b general and rooms are very clean and spacious. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever tried, excellent assortment and quality

Bathrooms would need a renovation with more modern showers

Was there to attend the exhibition next door. The location allows me to walk to the Exhibition hall in less than 10 minutes. In other considerations, the room was very comfortable, the water temperature and pressure of the shower room was just right.

My only complaint was the beef burger I ordered via room service. The burger patty was too dry. But it was just a minor issue.
