Love that they had like 3 washing machines and like 5 dryers, didn't know how to operate the midea ones so I only had 2 that I could use for drying. It was packed and constantly had ppl queuing to wash. Might be good to inform customers to set an alarm to pick up their laundry so that others don't have to wait so long. They provided bedroom slippers and toothbrush for kids separately. and a few coupons for their coffee which we loved. Service was great too and room was decent sized for our 2 little kids 4, 7 and us. Would definitely stay here again. We liked that the shower n toilet are separated. And the sink is outside and long so we can all use to do our own things n don't need to wait for each other to finish using.

This was a fantastic hotel!! I can't fault anything at all. The staff on reception were incredibly helpful and very kind. They gave free sweets and popcorn to My children and gave us 4 vouchers for free drinks during our stay. The room was very clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom offered a fantastic shower and a bath. The hotel also has a very well equipt laundry room with washers and dryers and free laundry detergent! There was also a small gym. The bistro and bar where great offering lovely, reasonable food. We also sampled the cocktails which were AMAZING! The hotel is in a great location to reach all the tourist spots in xi’an with a little supermarket next door and plenty of places to eat nearby. On check out the reception staff gave my daughter a gift of cute panda hair clips and us a little picture. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

It is very convenient to check in with a housekeeper in advance. The hotel is very stylish in design, the room is very comfortable, and the hygiene is relatively clean. The mattress is Jinkeer brand, and all kinds of facilities are very new. There are Xiaomi purifiers. They also have children's theme suites to experience it next time. The location was very close to the Xi'an ancient city wall near the South Gate (Yong Ning Men), which is approximately a 15-20 mins walk away or a 5 mins drive. This hotel was located a short distance outside of the ancient city wall. The location was good because it is in between the ancient city wall and the Everbright City (Bu Yue Cheng). The staff were excellent and I personally enjoyed the unlimited access to free water bottles in the hallways. This was super convenient and is to be highly commended to the hotel. The staff also provided loan umbrellas on a rainy day.

The only thing of the hotel I did not like was the stupid entrance with a complicated steps in all kinds of directions. This made it very difficult for people with luggage as it was difficult to pull luggage because you had to lift it up multiple times just to get to the lift/elevator. Other parts of the hotel were all fine except this one part.

Location was excellent, shops & eateries were aplenty. Helpful & friendly staff. Welcoming drinks with list of options were brilliant. First time I'm my travels I can choose various types of coffee or juices. Set Breakfast was satisfying. Rooms were value for money. Gifts on the day of departure made our day.

Some things were a bit dark. Even the door , the TV console , the walls on the walkway were dark. For the elderly may be a problem

Perfect location, staff constantly went above and beyond our expectations, good metro link, good access to taxis, beds were extremely comfortable and facilities perfect for a long or short stay as they had good laundry facilities. The staff treated us like family and made us feel like at home. Xiao, xiao, Jinjung, kai kai and Jiazhenhua were extremely accomodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. Xi'an has lots to do and is well kept with good facilities, restaurants and places to visit.

The breakfast selection needs some expansion and it would be nice to have an easier way to make customisations to your order, although they were very accomodating when we asked to make changes
