This hotel was very clean, and it seemed like it was rather new, but I couldn't be sure. The bed was the most comfortable I slept in after travelling around China for 2 weeks and only encountering hard mattresses. The staff were attentive, the breakfast was very good, the value was incredible, it was located within a 15 minute walking distance to the old town, as well as to numerous restaurants, malls, and many music stores selling a multitude of instruments, both modern and traditional. They also have a cat playground, and one of them gave birth the day before I arrived! Also, the heating and air-conditioning systems worked really well.

My room was situated near the front desk, and so it got a bit noisy when guests stayed up socializing or playing music, one night until 3 in the morning.

Great location just outside of the city wall, a lot of attractions can be reached by foot in just a few minutes. The extremely friendly staff was very helpful and gave great recommendations regarding restaurants and activities. Our room was very modern and the bed very comfortable. For breakfast we had the choice of a sandwich set or noodles, both with vegetarian options. One of the cats in the little Café area had just had babies and they were adorable to watch.

The room doesn't have a fridge, which didn't bother us. The walk from the metro station with big luggage is a little long, we would recommend taking a taxi instead.

Love that they had like 3 washing machines and like 5 dryers, didn't know how to operate the midea ones so I only had 2 that I could use for drying. It was packed and constantly had ppl queuing to wash. Might be good to inform customers to set an alarm to pick up their laundry so that others don't have to wait so long. They provided bedroom slippers and toothbrush for kids separately. and a few coupons for their coffee which we loved. Service was great too and room was decent sized for our 2 little kids 4, 7 and us. Would definitely stay here again. We liked that the shower n toilet are separated. And the sink is outside and long so we can all use to do our own things n don't need to wait for each other to finish using.

This was a fantastic hotel!! I can't fault anything at all. The staff on reception were incredibly helpful and very kind. They gave free sweets and popcorn to My children and gave us 4 vouchers for free drinks during our stay. The room was very clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom offered a fantastic shower and a bath. The hotel also has a very well equipt laundry room with washers and dryers and free laundry detergent! There was also a small gym. The bistro and bar where great offering lovely, reasonable food. We also sampled the cocktails which were AMAZING! The hotel is in a great location to reach all the tourist spots in xi’an with a little supermarket next door and plenty of places to eat nearby. On check out the reception staff gave my daughter a gift of cute panda hair clips and us a little picture. Overall we had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
