Jean Carlos, the hotel administrator, was extremely attentive to our needs. He made the trip very enjoyable! This is a unique spot where you are LITERALLY steps from the sand/ocean. It's very relaxing hearing the waves and popping in for a swim whenever the mood hits you! I've been to 6 continents and by far the most novel experience I've had. My teens enjoyed the eclectic experience as well!! If you have a sense of adventure-this is for you!

The breakfast was good, the location is very good, the staff is great! Would recommend this place for a getaway for a few days! The place is in a more relaxed part of the Playa Blanca so the big crowds aren't at your doorstep the whole time, which is nice too.

It's very humid in Baru at all times and it's hard to get away from, but at this place everything was as advertised.

Beach front location. Just 10 steps to water. La flaca and Gabriel are the best related to take care of you. You can walk and find everything you need (from food, water, drink, etc.) Best spot for relax.....no crowded anytime, very relaxing.

Need to improved water service. Flow to small and WC need to be flushed with a bucket......sorry for me this is not a good service. Breakfast need to be improved.

Javier and Andreina made our experience a whole lot better. Anything we needed Javier would find and Andreina cooked delicious.

Having to refill the bathroom water with ocean water because the toilet doesn't have its own water syste.system.

The location is excellent (!!!) on a quiet part of a busy beach. The staff was very friendly. And the food was delicious! Cute simple cabins and comfortable bed. We wanted to stay longer.

In general, most places at the entire beach are more comparable to glamping than they are to hotels because of the island infrastructure - so as long as that's your expectations, you'll be happy! Don't expect reliable electricity, good water pressure etc.

The beach it's beautiful, its just in front of the rooms, so it was perfect to chill without worrying that facilities were far. This was really good, as I travelled with a toddler. Also, the location is really quiet, specially in late afternoon when the majority of tourists leave town. The family that runs the place is really friendly and attentive of guests needs. They made us feel welcome from the beginning of the trip.

The mattress could be improved.

The cabins are extremely beautiful, well distributed and you have your private bathroom which seems a luxury around the properties at the area. The staff was super helpful and accommodating, very attentive and friendly. They took good care of us and provided suggestions and options to do around the area.

the rooms are literally on the beach, a few feet away from the water! simply AWESOME!!!

it is NOISY AT NIGHT. there is a generator running all night long and it’s the noisiest thing I ever heard… needed ear plugs to get a few hours of rest. during the day its like an oven inside the small room. so be prepared to sweat all day long!!!

I liked the location, the beach is close, the sunset and the tranquility of the place, beautiful!

there is no light all the time, only from 8 P.M. at 8 A.M.

The location was perfect and the cabanas were too. A bit small, but we did not care one bit as we were out on the beach only a few meters from our cabana. The staff was great, and very helpful... far more helpful than at other locations we have stayed in Playa Blanca before. I would definitely stay there again! The beach location was perfect, and we couldn't have asked for a better time.

We stayed two nights. The first night we were attacked by many mosquitos and wished we had a net above the beds. We were super worried about the second night, but it was cooler weather and did not get one single mosquito bite that night. I recommend bringing drinks, water, and ice because these items were scarce.
