The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was hot with nice water pressure. And the breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel is expensive, which is fine, but they don’t provide you with drinking water unless you purchase it. Everyone should at least be provided with a bottle of water in the room. And a coffee maker would be nice as well, as the breakfast ends at 10 and the bar/cafe doesn’t open until 2:30. So if you want a cup of coffee you have to order room service which is silly. The hotel is 25-30 from the airport with no traffic. And there’s almost always traffic in Bogota.

Excellent staff all over , especially in the restaurant. They provided me with ice everyday because I recently had a knee replacement. The food was excellent and well priced. The free was incredible. Great stay . Great staff . The only drawback was no ice machines on the floors but the restaurant staff provided me with ice every day or night . Their hospitality made up that . Great .

Front desk lady told my wife we did not have a reservation from booking and she was with the baby and did not allow her to check in, and once i got there she was able to find the reservation and it was like she did not want my wife to check in.

staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish but they always did everything they could to assist. Spa was amazing, again friendly staff and high quality massages.

Rooms where a tiny bit dated and airconditioning made a lot of noice, now we are good sleepers but I would understand if that would annoy you. The thing we really missed was a kettle in the room.

I liked their meals offered in restaurant. I liked the beds and huge tub shower, I liked the security staff always helps with any question. I liked the cleaning staff that had extra towels. I liked the view from 7th floor, opening windows for nice breeze. I liked the local area close to all interests, monserrate, downtown festivities, malls.

I didn't like the elevator smell. I didn't like the hotel treating my guest as a prostitute.

Staff was great, very helpful and took care of extra wishes we had. Location is very close to Zona Rosa and easily accessible with taxi. Breakfast was interesting, every day something new with good quality and mixture of loval and international cuisine.

Bathroom equipment (plumbings, drains, washbasin) could be better maintained.

the main entrance closes at 6, the receptionist made us (my mother and I, two woman) go around a corner which looked dangerous to go to another entrance, I wouldn’t go back because of that, first of all should be the safety of the guests, I asked for a toothpaste and they charged for that, made me wait for check out like 30 min. other than that everything was excellent.

we only stayed one night, so we did not have the chance to use the spa ( I recommend everyone to reserve on time, especially when it’s weekend) but further everything was perfect. it was amazing how the staff helped us with EVERYTHING. first, we couldn’t pay for the taxi bc of our creditcard they right away helped us. after that we had some difficulties to arrange our pcr test, they literally arranged for us everything and they were so nice. We really appreciate it! Also the next day the staff at the breakfast was very helpful and nice. the room was nice, big and clean! the breakfast was very delicious special thanks one more time to Hydi! ❤️ we will come back! 🥰

Staff was great very attentive Location was good Rooms very comfortable and clean Noise cancelation windows were very good Restaurant food was very good Breakfast buffet had plentiful options and delicious fruits. Overall great experience.

The jacuzzi package was lackluster
