We all appreciated the location- nice neighborhood, with a variety of restaurants, banks and shopping nearby. taxis were always available to get around. The hotel and rooms were super clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and included.

Room size was ok for one person, but not for two. I found it a little small but did not bother, since we were exploring the city. It also took me a while to find the bigger cabinet with hangers and the safe. Only for one and the first night/ morning: I was hearing the neighbors from the next room, talking and banging into the furniture. It was incredibly loud.

The property is fantastic and located in a quiet and nice area from Bogotá. There are two restaurants in the hotel and we were really happy with both of them. They offered taxi service that offered as a tour ensuring this way we have transport we could trust to visit different areas from Bogotá, we took this option spontaneously and we were really happy to do so, we manage to do much more to an affordable price and with a nice taxi driver. The hotel is elegant and clean and the service was really good at the reception with really friendly people.

Yet the room where we stayed it was smaller we thought of and close to the elevator, therefore we were listening noises from the people coming and going which was not the best.

The room is very nice, great view, quite big and the best thing is the shower. The breakfast is really good served in one of the restaurants. So initially i didnt write a great review because we had some issues, but a hotel is defined by how they deal with it. The hotel contacted us to see if we could give them another chance to give us an amazing stay and they did! We had an amazing night with complimentary champaign included and heart shaped balloons to celebrate two months pf being married! I siper recomend fhe hotel, they clearly care about their costumers.

The room was clean, bed super comfortable, with an amazing shower. The staff was excellent. The free breakfast was amazing. The location is a short walk to an upscale shopping area and there are many restaurants relatively near. The old part of the city is a bit of a car ride away (20 min), but its much nicer to stay in this area. It was a good value for sure.

Really didn't have any complaints! I guess the location is far from the older part of the city and museums, but that worked ok for us.

Location, near Centro Andino, near Bagatelle Restaurant, great area, feels peaceful and relatively safe. There are always taxis in front of the hotel. I really appreciate the staff in the hotel, they are very friendly & attentive. The restaurants are great also. There is a restaurant where traditional breakfast is served, but at noon and dinner has Arabic dishes. The other restaurant has delicious sushi and oriental dishes...I could almost eat there every night. The rooms at Bioxury have some of the best showers in Bogota. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor once, and it had wonderful water pressure and very hot water in the shower. I recommend this hotel, for its location, food, tranquility, and hot showers, and for the availability of transportation at most hours of the day.

Some of the rooms are rather small, but they have the same good plumbing and accesories as the larger rooms. Many have small balconies, but these are not accesible and therefore unusable. The bathrooms are not very private, being in the bedroom and enclosed in glass. Great for singles and trusting couples.

It is centrally located. You don’t need to rent a car, but if you do, they have on site, secure, parking. If you need to go anywhere, you can contact the front desk and they will schedule a ride for you anywhere in the city. The building is beautiful, and our room was very spacious. The facilities are impeccable.

Maybe the only not awesome thing was that the room got a little hot in the morning and the AC struggled to keep up, but we were barely in our room during the day so ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The location was great in a upscale residential area with stores and restuaruants whithin walking distance. The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast was very will prepared.

The closet was a little difficult to access due to being so close to the entrance door. The bathroom was very modern but there is an issue with the sink fuacet with over spraying and spilling into floor.

Stunning lobby, especially decorated for Christmas. Had a very nice stay at the hotel which is well located - easy walk to restaurants and shopping. Really nice breakfast with buffet and option to order eggs or pancakes. Good sized room with comfortable bed/bedding and large bathroom with good amenities. Mini bar prices were reasonable.

Here’s the improved and translated version of your statement: In a hotel that claims to be sustainable, the excessive amount of plastic in the room is unacceptable: communication pamphlets, cup covers, amenities, laundry bag and more. It completely contradicts the sustainability principles they promote.

Wow, what a stunning hotel in a super safe area of Bogotá (Zona Rosa). The hotel is right by the commercial center, so there is lots to do at night. Cabs are always out front if you need quick transportation. The interior of this hotel... speechless. There are so many real plants everywhere it feels like you're in a rain forrest! The rooms are super clean and modern, very comfortable as well. There is a rooftop that we liked for hanging out during the day. I would give this hotel 11/10 if I could!

I loved everything, there is nothing I didn't like about this hotel.
