Very good hotel in one of the best places in bogota. Friendly people and good breakfast. I can recommend this Hotel for everyone who is in Bogota.

The rooms are large with a sitting area, a desk and a dining table. Room was very clean. There were a lot of restaurants and shops nearby and the area is modern and safe.

Breakfast, both quantity and quality was not great, it also runs out 30 min before the end of breakfast. Even the arepas were bad at breakfast, arepas in Colombia! I left money for housekeeping on the bed, put a "do not disturb" sign on the door, left for 30min to get a coffee, came back to find the money missing and the room not made up so it wasn't housekeeping, I suspect the minibar lady went into the room (but can't be sure). I would not trust leaving any valuables in the room in this hotel. It's not very accessible with stairs at the entrance so that's tricky with suitcases (although staff at reception is happy to help). Minibar charges, even though I didn't use anything, but that seems to be the case in every hotel I stayed at in Colombia.

It is located in the fine area of Chapinero, just a short walk away from all the nightlife and cool places. The room was spacious, and equipped with everything we needed and more. The staff was very helpful. I really loved the breakfast. It was like an introduction to Colombian cuisine. The choice of juices and fruits they had.... I was surprised, compared to other hotels who just offer papaya, melon and watermelon, they had also mangosteen and lulo and some others I couldn't name at that point.

We were in the hotel for two nights. They offer an airport pickup (it cost us 60.000 COP). The best thing was the breakfast. There was a wide selection of dishes, everything we tried was tasty, plus the dishes were different on day two. The room was comfortable, the bed was a bit hard, but still comfortable for us. The area seemed safe and lively, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. But still wasn't that noisy at night. All in all, a great value for money.

we loved the staff who were so friendly and helpful. in a good location in Bogota close to posh shops and lots of restaurants (must try Andres DC excellent!) the complimentary breakfast was excellent with a good choice of fruit cereal and eggs etc. we loved the Columbian rice and chicken. coffee good. good hot water in shower.

rooms little musty and dated, we didn’t like that the staff entered our room to close the curtains when we were out at night. juice could be better at breakfast. no coffee machine in room which is very unusual for hotel.

Everything, the staff was very nice and helpful. The location is amazing, very close to all the restaurants and night clubs at the zona T

The attention at the front desk was exceptional, due to an event with my taxi driver I arrived crying, and they were extremely helpful and nice, offering water and trying to bring my mood up. I was traveling alone for a concert, and everyone at the front desk were very caring, helping me book my rides and making sure I was safe. The breakfast was fantastic, they had variety and different options every day. The location is almost perfect, close to restaurants, clubs, casino and malls.

Due to constructions going on in the area, it might be a little noisy during the day, and you can feel slight shaking of the building when big trucks pass by.

I felt that the checking employee was not right, changing his attitude for a more professional demeanor will be a great plus. 2 things happened here, i asked if they had a room and he said no with a attitude hard to describe, in the mean time my secretary was helping me with the reservation and she was able to make it. when I check-in I noticed to this individual that was not happy to see me back and according to him was not able to find me and finally found me. the reservation made was for 2 ppl and 2 beds, after he finished while leaving to our room my relative was detain because the reservation was for only 1 person … I felt very bad was nothing pleasant… I had to show him my reservation that was made for 2 ppl. at the end got a roll with 1 bed 🤦‍♂️😞

The location was great for shopping, cinema, eating and drinking. It seemed the upmarket side of Bogotá, compared to other areas. The staff were very helpful, and patient with my broken Spanish and in arranging taxis. Good breakfast options also.

The area could be a little noisy into the small hours at the weekend, but that's what you sign up for in staying in this area. There also seemed to be constant noise from roadworks...but nothing the hotel can do about that!

The location is ideal and within close proximity to restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet has an excellent array of choices frequently replenished, that was highly appreciated. Usage of hotel umbrellas is very kind in Bogota wet weather. The reception team was most helpful with local knowledge and all staff at this hotel were friendly and approachable.

No kettle in the room to make a hot drink although able to request through room service. Coffee at breakfast needs to be served hot as only warm. Not enough toiletries in the room as set for one with a room as double.
