The place is awesome, tidy, and has a great staff. The restaurant is really good. The included breakfast is good in the beginning of the week, but as the week progresses, the food is a little off, I guess whatever is left of the buffet gets offered the next day. Otherwise, good experience, right in front of road 80 carrera 15, which is awesome on weekends the road is closed off to traffic and you can rent a bike and explore deep into the city with lots of other bikers.

My complain is always the same every time I stay here… Please fix or change the shower heads!!! All the shower heads are clogged with calcium deposits, and only some of the holes still flow water at a ridiculous high pressure, and it literally feels like a pressure washer stream on your skin. It freakin’ hurts to get a shower at this hotel…

Staff were super nice . Room was small and clean. Bed was a little stiff , but the shower is super hot if you like it that way .Your able to open a small part of the window to get some air. View wasn’t bad .They do have small ventilator for the rooms at request. Breakfast was pretty decent . Omelet and waffles at request . The restaurant also has love entertainment and also charming. There is a small gym on the second floor .I’ve stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels that didn’t have breakfast and amenities as this hotel. It was a reasonably good price and I would definitely stay again

Bathroom and sink area extremely small.

Great location with ing walking distance to Zona T and Parque 93. I never felt like the area was dangerous even walking by myself at night. It's also 2 blocks from the supermarket and there are several coffee shops nearby. The breakfast was excellent by all standards except the coffee was instant.

The doors to the room don't block any sound from the hallway. Whenever they renovate they should get new doors. the walls are concrete so no problems there. I heard loud talking that sounded like it was coming from the hallway but it was actually my neighbors across the hall and the sound was coming through their closed door and into my room. Definitely bring ear plugs.

- The location was great, close to restaurants. - The area felt safe. - We were only there for 2 nights and just needed a bed and a shower. In that sense, it was excellent value for money. - The hotel looks modern and clean.

- Having the basin outside the bathroom was a bit weird. It would have been better if it was inside the bathroom rather than outside. Not very practical. We had noticed this on the pictures before booking as well. - Not many vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast. There was a lot of meat. We enjoyed the fresh fruit though.

Everything was great: - the room is just the right size, with new facilities within - breakfast (especially the pancakes) was decent with some variety - location ideal for the modern site of the city and it is safe

- There is no fridge in the room - Not the best soundproof room- you could hear everything from the corridor - 30min away from the main city center - so it might add up in terms of money by using taxis all the time

The hotel’s location is excellent. There is a very welcoming and helpful staff. The breakfast is varied enough. The gym was satisfactory.

As great as the area is there are a lot of people asking for money in the area. It’s not the hotel’s fault.

Buffet breakfast was great , the hotel staff was really good and friendly

The tv didn’t work but I’m sure they would have tended to it if I asked them to I was there only 4 nights and was out most of the time so I didn’t bother complaining

Great location near lots of restaurants and bars, super staff - always willing to help, comfortable bed and good facilities in the room. Lovely bar inside the hotel - solid breakfast. We loved the chalk board in the lift - a fun touch!!

Clearer labelling of allergens at breakfast would be useful.

The location was great, the stuff was really kind and the hotel transport service is amazing! great value for money

breakfast was included, however we noticed that the the bread and ham were not fresh, we let the staff in the restaurant know but they did not change the bread. Not having fresh food in your breakfast is not a great start of your day
