top location for a good price

water was extremely hot or extremely cold, no way to mix it. there were no blankets for the second bed

The place was overbooked so they gave me a very different room than the one I booked for the same rate. We only stayed one night and requested a refund. The staff were amazing though, very apologetic and eager to help. The refund was made instantly with no drama.. The location is amazing .. right off "parque la 93" so you won't find a better location at that price.. maybe for someone else on a budget is an excellent choice, just not for us. I can only imagine the rest of the rooms being actually nice, unfortunately that wasn't my experience.. but can't fault the staff and their prompt response.

Room mistake, so we had to leave.

The room was just right for a 4 night stay with a small seating area and kitchen. Bath was small but nicely done, with very hot water for showers? The staff was helpful at the desk, extending our stay twice. Windows open to get fresh air during the day. Location is fantastic just odd Parque 93, so lots of choices to eat within walking distance.

Only thing is probably the reception area can be made to look a bit more inviting, maybe some color or plants, etc. It has sofas which are good, but a little warmer feel would be inviting.

the price can’t be beat. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The location is pretty convenient. Lots of restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores and coffee shops nearby.

A/C in my room couldn’t be turn on. Not that I needed it with the weather in Bogota. The hot water setting in the bathroom was a bit bizarre. It was either too hot, or too cold. No in between.

- The location is great since it is located right in Parque la 93. The flat had a nice terrace - The staff was nice in general

- It is cold and there is no heating, so better blankets are needed - There was one towel for a group of 4. We had to ask for more - There were some stains in the bed

Location is everything at this property. Coffee at the entrance is good to start the day with.

Many of their facilities were faulty. The elevator didn’t go down to the parking, it closes always too fast causing guest to be hit, handles and small details in the rooms were loose and all beds we stayed at (in total 3 rooms) made cracking noises, one fridge was broken having water running out and the other one was unstable, the staircase handle was loose in one of the floors, the parking had water dripping on top of the vehicles and some towels had stains.

Location is excellent, a few steps off parque de la 93, with tons of restaurants in the area. The staff are super nice. The size of the room is quite good.

There is a bar downstairs and it gets very loud on the weekend, it was hard to sleep with the noise.

Ideal location, lots of restaurants and bars within a block or two. The day staff was friendly and helpful. The housekeeping was consistent. Very good value for the money.

Not much I didn't like. The night staff was a little sketchy and standoffish -- but I guess those are the folks that choose to work nights.

Great location! Plenty of places to eat nearby - within walking distance! The area felt very safe

No hair drier in the bathroom

Location is excellent, Room had enough room and everything was clean.

No Breakfast included but still you will get a 20% discount on a restaurant that is next to the hotel.
