The light through the window is amazing. The room has everything you need. The breakfast has many options to choose from and everything is cooked without salt, so it's perfect for everyone.

The size of the bathroom is small. In the breakfast there were no juices without sugar. Not enough coffee in the room, and only one cup to use. The spa is just a sauna.

When I arrived, they said the hotel was full due to platform issues which I truly did not believe. And no notification of change or hotel… the alternative was maybe similar, but I paid my booking price although that alternative was cheaper on booking… not really good that they do it this way to fill up their second hotel.

Great rooms quiet clean and ok breakfast buffet great location

The front desk staff especially during the day specifically young lady with glasses where not friendly never smiled or greeted guests as they passed

The staff are very helpful and professional. The suite is huge and has a wonderful soaking tub with jets! The room is clean and quiet, with plenty of space to work and relax. There is a large selection of facilities including a spa and steam room as well as conference rooms. There are good restaurants, shops, and cafes nearby. It is an easy walk to Zona T/Zona Rosa and Parque 93. The neighborhood feels safe for a solo female traveler.

The beds are VERY firm. It feels like sleeping on the floor. I pulled cushions off the couch to lay on top of the mattress for extra cushioning. The breakfast is not great. The drinks and food selection are limited. I would suggest planning on going out or preparing food in your suite. For the price and location I think it's a fair trade off.

The hotel was fine. Breakfast was OK, but if an item emptied at breakfast, they didn't always replace it. But overall, ok.

Nil communication at reception! English was not really spoken so hard to communicate. They ordered us a taxi for our trip home to the airport & we paid at the hotel. They didn't let the taxi driver know that we had paid, and we had a terrible job of convincing him that we had paid. We were stuck in his taxi for 20 minutes at the airport as he didn't want to open the boot & let us have our luggage! This sort of stuff needs sorting out.

Hotel was located within excellent walking distance of lots of good coffee shops, restaurants, parks, bars and clubs. Staff is 100% incredible! Extremely knowledgeable abd helpful. The room service ladies are the best in my opinion. Overall, completely enjoyed my stay, it was quiet, clean, perfect for a short little vacation to relax and unwind.

Not really anything bad, I liked it

We only had a day and a half in Bogota at the end of two weeks in Colombia. Needed someplace near but not at the airport. The price (about $45 USD) a night was very attractive. The room was modest sized but with a large terrace with a couple of chairs. The view was of the local area but it was nice to open the sliders for air. Breakfast was fine for the price range. The neighborhood is nice, just a block from Calle 93 with plenty of stores and places to eat. Only a 6 block walk to Parque 93 with lots of higher end restaurants and bars. We walked easily and the neighborhood is very safe.

The room is two story with a tight spiral staircase up to the bedroom level. We're in our 70's and would have preferred one level although we did fine with it. The room was in a back section of the hotel and you walk through a parking garage to get to the elevators. Again, for the price, all managable and would stay again.

Location is favorable, quiet, close to Virrey station. Staff is the best. Very polite. Excellent breakfast (good quality and some variation every day). Internet worked fine for general use. Dark curtains. A sauna and a gym are nice extras, if you have the time.

- The noise can be intense, the doors are thin and you can hear some traffic/construction work. You could hear people talking loudly in the hallway, morning and night, or in the weekend playing loud music in their room. As in: you can follow word by word. That was rather irritating. - The bed looked and felt 10y old. Starts to get worn. The room itself more like, 40 years old, like past glory. Chunks of floor missing, a telephone in the bathroom so old probably Bell himself called with it. - BUT, still happy with the stay.

The room was huge. We were 2 adults and 2 kids. The room had 2 king beds in 2 separate rooms. Also, there were 2 bathrooms. We were vere confortable in the room. It was clean and everything works well. There is no Air Conditioner but due to the city temperature is not needed. Also, there is a grocery store next to the hotel were you can get water, beer, or other snack. Breakfast was included. It was buffet and it was good.

Our room lack of a microwave or a stove. We had a refrigerator but cannot reheat the food. Other rooms had a kitchen.

Room was nice and spacious, bathroom is very big. The breakfast was delicious, they have different options every day and always have fresh fruit and juices. The complementary sauna and steam bad was clean and easy to reserve. The staff were very friendly and helpful, Jonathan was great! The location is good, walking distance from many places.

-Our room was located on the 6th floor and at times the WiFi signal was a bit weak (overall it was working well, but if you travel for work and need reliable internet connection, I recommend checking with the reception if they have rooms closer to the router). - Regarding the breakfast, some of the days the scrambled eggs had ham in it, which is not convenient if you’re vegetarian.
