The room was nice, clean and modern, the bed was comfortable. The hallways have really cool decorations with some artistic figures/installations. Was definitely a good price-to-quality ratio. The breakfast was very decent, and the guys can cook eggs the way you want them. Very nice touch.

Sound insulation could be better. The window was looking onto the staircases, and one can hear if people passing by were talking there. (The window was NOT transparent, so privacy was fine.) The bathroom was behind the glass door/wall and even though there was a curtain to cover it, it still felt a bit weird to go to the bathroom. Cool design but not very practical.

Spacious rooms and a clean and large shower. Staff very attentive and kind. They held our bags after checking out and we could pick them up in the evening. Water bottle refill included and a nice breakfast.

During the day it was a bit noisy, the windows couldn't block out the sound. Luckily traffic died down in the evening, so no trouble sleeping. Our room also got a bit warm during the day, so we had to vent before sleeping to get comfortable.

Camilo was very helpful, he help us alot carrying out our luggage from the 4th floors down to 1st floor also we ask questions about the area and he was very helpful else well facilities very well keep and clean

There's was not elevator to carry the Luggage but overall for the price is good

Location is not the best for a leisure trip. Although it is central, it is dangerous and noisy. If that is not a problem, it is definitely a great option.

Limited breakfast and you have to go down to reception to choose it and then wait for it to be delivered to your room. Too much light from outside at night. The room was next to the main road so there was a lot of noise from traffic.

It was a comfy bedroom and the atmosphere feels like home, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very taste

Clean, affordable, nice and friendly personnel, great shower with hot water, nice included breakfast delivered to your room, big room with a kitchenette, safe in the room, closet, dark room at night if desired, in general a good value for the money.

No elevator, traffic noise, very busy street which could be an advantage for some guests.

There is a light in the hallway that I could see from my room, so it was a bit annoying when I was trying to sleep.

Excellent stay here at this boutique hotel. The staff is just amazingly friendly, helpful and fantastic service. Very clean and the housecleaners do an excellent job. Breakfast delivered to room and included in stay was an incredible value. Finally, best hotel shower I have had for years. Make sure to go to Juan Carlos' place next door for Coffee or Aguardiente. Very nice guy!
