The hotel staff is comparable to much higher end hotels and the proximity to the airport is the best in Bogota. They pick you up in mercedes bus and the staff is amazing. Breakfast in the morning has both indoor and outdoor options with a chef making omelets. A fleet of private cars is always ready to rent by the hour with no minimum charges. The hotel has full staff with great spa services that I would highly recommend.

The windows are limited in some rooms and the variability of some rooms having smart tv access and some didn't. But for an airport hotel stay it's perfect.

Close to the airport (+- 15 mins coming from the airport because of turning around on a bridge, 3 mins when going), very comfortable rooms, bathrooms and bed, soundproof rooms (didn't know they exist in Colombia), fancy and cosy lobby - bar - restaurant, amazing breakfast (mix local food and continental style), pleasant spa

Some of the staff exceptionally grumpy and unhelpful, it seemed to be a theme (others exceptionally friendly, so definitely not the rule...)

It was nice to have an easy shuttle connection to and from the airport. The staff was very cooperative and helpful. I wish I had more than 8 hours so I could have tried the breakfast/facilities. The windows were very soundproof - no outside sounds came in and my room was very quiet.

There was some confusion as the Whatsapp number doesn't connect to the hotel in the evenings. I messaged for the shuttle, but just got a message in Spanish in return. I was finally able to figure out a way to call the reception and then they were happy to send the shuttle. You may get a message from the hotel about needing an extra "v" stamp, it just means that you need the regular travel stamp when you come through passport control, nothing extra.

Very convenient, right next door to our office. The facilities are great.

The shower was spraying water everywhere and the shower door wouldn’t close completely, it made a mess in the washroom. I arrived late night after a all-day flight, what was supposed to be a quick shower before bed, turned to a shower followed by wiping the washroom. Not enough to ruin my trip though.

Location is clean and very close to the airport. The restaurant is amazing and overall the structure is decent. I think I would stay there again.

The check in at 3 pm is just ridiculous. They are aware that a lot of flights, especially from Canada, arrive in Bogota' at 4 am so why let people wait in the lobby for such long time? I believe that a check in at noon can easily be done. Moreover, you cannot leave ONLY 1 EMPLOYEE to do all the check ins! Mine took 45 min between waiting and processing the actual check in. To me, this is NOT acceptable

Excellent business hotel close to the airport. All required services in-house present. I particularly liked the free shuttle service to and from the airport and the excellent communication with the hotel through email and whattsapp. Rooms were also very good isolated. you didn‘t hear anything from the street, planes or neighbouring rooms.

The restaurant does not meet the standard set by the hotel. The food is not expensive but the quality is mediocre and the staff was not organized properly. Long waiting to get drinks and twice no delivery at all during meal, while asking if we would accept 15% or rather 10% as ´propina‘ in the end? I considered 0% but paid 10% to avoid discussion.

Excellent customer service, attention to the details, we felt safe, supported and very comfortable. They even helped us with our passports that we forgot in the lobby.

The shower was clogged so it was a little flooded every time we showered, nevertheless, I’m sure if we would have said something, they would have helped us.

Cleanliness, interior design, food

When I arrived after a 20h journey, the receptionist made fun of me by pretending to not speak English because he „likes testing people’s Spanish skills“. I was not in the mood for it. The reason I pay for a 5 star hotel is because I expect people to speak English there. Also the up selling talk is cumbersome. Being offered breakfast for 110k pesos is just absurdely expensive for Bogotá.

Gorgeous hotel. Great food! Great breakfast. Beautiful room. Absolutely soundproof on New Year's Eve.

The person who ended up checking me in was rude but everyone else was really super friendly the rest of the time. I couldn't get the room to cool below 21 so it was a bit warm in the middle of the night.

Close to Airport and the shuttle provided for our early flight departures. Hjon was particularly helpful with checking in, delivering massive amounts of luggage to our 4 rooms and arranging transportation for us to Monserratte. The driver for this, Fredy M was capable, knowledgeable and kind.

Female desk clerk at early check in grudgingly allowed our pregnant daughter a room so she could rest before usual check in. All other desk clerks, etc we interacted with were hospitable.
