Room was nice we had a great view. Room was clean and housekeeping did a great job! We didn't have breakfast included but we went to get breakfast once. Service was great, food was good. Location of the hotel is great; neighborhood felt safe and it's about a 10min. taxi ride to Zona T.

Shower was maybe at best lukewarm, water pressure wasn't good either. At check-out we were surprised as the amount to be paid was higher than what we had booked at booking.com. We didn't check the bill right away but when we did (the bill was sent over e-mail) we saw there were taxes we didn't know about. This is very confusing as when you book on booking.com it does say that the taxes and fees are included in the booking.

Room size, Decor, proximity, staff, and BREAKFAST! Came to visit my sister and parents for Christmas, and with a full house we needed a place walking distance from her place. NH Collection WTC was perfect! 4 of us fit comfortably in the suite, which included free breakfast which was the highlight of every morning! The staff was so attentive and they have eggs to order with an American and European style buffet and this Colombian beef soup that is to die for! Loved the room it was very spacious and they rolled in an extra bed for my son. The suite has 2 full size bathrooms which is the first I've ever seen in all of my travels. The hotel is also located above an atrium with Starbucks Duncan donuts, a bunch of tasty sandwich shops, pharmacy, brewery and a couple of restaurants on the back side of the hotel...For us it was a quick 5 minute walk from my sister so we'll be repeat customers here!

No spa services, but that's a very small downside. Everything else was perfect!

Nice location, helpful and extremely attentive and friendly reception, decent amenities. They speak English. Dyra at the reception was particularly helpful and warm. I needed urgent help with ironing my suits and they went out of their way to help me sort things out in the last minute!

Basic things like water was limited to one bottle per night, heater had to be requested, in room dining closes at 9.30 PM, breakfast was decent - not great, very limited services at late night. The wash basin design was weirdest I have seen, with water spilling on my pants if I opened it a bit too fully.

Staff is amazing (Hernan from the restaurant; Dalia, Jenifer, Ancisar from the front desk). They were all very friendly and helpful. Location - it’s in a great location, very quiet and extremely safe and close enough to Parque 93. A short uber ride or 15 minute walk. Breakfast - delicious and a great selection - managed by Hernan and his great team.

I loved the space. The cleanliness. The attention and location.

A notice went up about maintenance for hot water. I was okay with cold water for a few hours but it turned out to be no water at all. I was late to some appts because of it. The hotel did bring me chocolates but I thought it was more of an inconvenience that could be solved with just chocolates.

- Breakfast was extraordinary - The Hotel has everything that you need - One may relax good and work efficient in this hotel - The restaurant is very good and you can have good lunch and dinner - The beds are very comfy and the rooms are very large

- There wasn't so much staff available and everyone was very busy - The rooms are not heated enough and you don't have a clima conditioner in the room - Room service wasn't fully operational in the evening

Amazing breakfast. The hotel personnel is well trained and helped out a lot, especially because of my luggage storage. I would definitely recommend this hotel for everyone who needs a stay in Bogota. Its also in a nice area,.which is important. Everything was perfect.

Fancy business hotel in low price (maybe because it was December). Room was very big and very convinient for working and resting. Few restaurants nearby. The area is secure and quiet.

Restaurants are closed around 9pm. On Dec 1st there were no restaurants open so we took the hotel breakfast which was very expensive.

They stay was very short but good. The breakfast is great. The location was ok but a bit far from the main restaurant areas, however a Uber will bring you to Zone Rosa or Zona T for less than 2 dollars.

I only stayed a couple of days so not much to say other than it seems a bit far from the restaurant areas.

The room was very clean, nice, modern and spacious. Excellent breakfast with incredible variety, as well as quality. Neighbourhood felt safe.

Not a fault, but unfortunately no available room for early check-in. A bit of traffic to reach the city centre (if travelling for tourism)
