Staff was incredibly sweet and attentive, and after a week of staying here, they became so much more friendlier. They helped with luggage and suggestions for food. They offered breakfast in the am, and it was delicious! It's a small menu, but it had so many options. The morning view from the dining area is nice. We were close to everything and pretty much walked everywhere. It was clean and quiet and we enjoyed our time here.

Our first room, Room 301, although on the main floor (which is technically the 2nd floor), had a very fowl odor of mold. It was also very noticeable on the walls and ceiling. I ignored it for a few days, we went to Medellin and came back to it and couldn't handle it. When I spoke to them, they claimed it was our fault because we left and the ac was off, but I had left it on. The bathroom in 301 has very little ventilation and a tiny window, so leaving the door open is key. I will say that after speaking to the supervisor and the concierge, they made the plans to move us to a way nicer room. A bigger one at that. My wife and I were so happy, and I'm glad they didn't hesitate to help.

The location was great, walking distance to everywhere. Breakfast was fine, we loved Armando, so friendly and helpful. Everything was always clean and shiny.

The room was pretty small and the bath too. But every essential was met. We had one morning where we didn’t eat because the waiter seemed not to be able to keep up and it took forever and my husband did not get his food, even after speaking to the waiter twice.

We liked the cool quiet of the room and slept well. We liked the location and the room was really comfortable. Our room faced inwards and therefore there was no traffic noise. Some people might want a view of the harbour so worth checking what kind of room you booked.

I messaged the hotel asking for a late check out and a taxi to the airport. I didn’t ever get a reply (I’ve just checked again now). But we did get 1 more hour on the room and we did get a taxi (but the taxi driver wanted more money than the hotel said the fare would be)

The location is perfect for those who look for staying near downtown. The historic center is about 10 minutes walking. The breakfast was delicious and had several options with local and tasty food.

The housekeeper took a facial towel we brought and the hotel didn’t compensate us. The cleaning staff must be careful of the client’s belongings left at the hotel room to avoid such kind of situations.

Room was large, clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, both in quality of food and the available choices. Staff, especially, Antonio, were very helpful. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the Convention Center (where I had to be every day) and also walking distance from all major attractions in the old city. I wish I could have stayed longer.

This is a minor thing, but the bedside lighting was not that good for reading by. Also, the glass door in the bathroom shower wouldn't stay shut. But the hot water was quite adequate.

Great location, huge room in comparison to what else was available, wonderful staff and very modern. Not many facilities but it's a B&B rather than a hotel so that's as expected. Also a fantastic view of the sea if you're staying in a front room.

One slight annoyance was that when we needed to switch rooms they showed us a room without external windows claiming that it was the only remaining room. Only after rejecting that did he "remember" that there was another and show us the fantastic room that we ended up with.

•very good location, central but not extremely loud •very clean hotel •Personnel really friendly and helpful. We requested a room with a balcony and we got it. We faced some personal problems during the stay and the personnel went above and beyond to help us, especially David.

•even though we had an amazing balcony, they were missing a table and chairs and a rack to dry the beach towels • room a bit humid without AC

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The staff could have helped out a bit more especially when the WiFi did not work. The manner in which the receptionist handled the issue was a bit rude. Finally after getting it checked out the third time, it worked. However, the same person was generally helpful during the rest of the trip to be fair. A good stay overall.

this hotel is in the perfect location near lots of bars and the walled city, it is perfect walking distance from so much and taxi’s are always available to commutute to other side of the city. The hotel is small yet clean and comfortable. David was an EXCEPTIONAL receptionist! he was very personable and accompdating. David made our stay well worth the travel. I lost my cell phone in Cartagen in which my spanish is not the best, David did all he could do to get my cell phone back from the party that found it, David even provided options to have a taxi pick the phone up for me and bring it back to the Hotel. David helped get my cell phone back within 2 hours of losing it! David literally went above and beyond within our stay. The breakfast was also really good! Alejandrina was our server for breakfast & her service was impeccable! she made sure we had nice glasses for our mimosas that we made and was very patient as again our spanish was not the best, she made sure she got our order right with a smile & even taught me a little spanish around the way when I would say the wrong thing. lol i enjoyed this stay!

the shower was really cold, However David came to the room to show us how to work it properly. it was a little rigged but we got hot water in the end. lol I wouldnt really identify it as a complaint since we got it working. i would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a very short trip since we were going to a wedding. We just needed a comfortable and clean place to stay and this was it. The location was great, we could walk to the Wall City and the center of Getsemani. The staff was very helpful with every question and request we had. The breakfast was delicious too.
