I loved the location of the hotel. It was convenient for walking to Old Town and beyond. The facilities were beautiful. It had a rooftop terrace/bar with great views of the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was terrific.

My air conditioner was leaking - water all over the floor. I would have liked more bottled water to be offered free of charge.

- We got the room with two stories, two bathrooms and two beds. This was perfect for multiple females getting ready at the same time. It also gave us a little privacy amongst our group. - I thought the location was great. Super convenient for Getsemani and not too bad of walk for the Walled City. I liked that it was a little removed for quieter sleeping. - The front desk held our bags passes check-out, made us a dinner reservation (our favorite place all trip) and were overall very helpful. - We also enjoyed the rooftop pool with its nice views as a quiet reprieve.

The street it is on is a little sketchy at night - not immediately by the hotel (felt safe there)… just a few blocks away. No/few street lights. Saw some people who were drunk and on drugs who made us feel a little unsafe. I’d recommend just not walking that way at night, get a taxi or walk with others.

Spacious room and bathroom, very comfy and big bed, air con and WiFi working very well, rooftop swimming pool with a view over the "new city", few minutes walking from the main streets of Getsemani and its life and restaurants and bars! Buffet breakfast with both sweet and savoury choices, lots of different and fresh fruits, choice of lactose free milk. Extremely kind and efficient staff.

It is a perfect place for a holiday!

Beautiful hotel. Amazing and attentive staff. Highly recommend! They were very accommodating and assembled a crib for our 10 month old.

Great hotel in a convenient location close to (walking distance) the old city of Cartagena and Getsemani neighborhood. Very spatious and comfortable rooms with good A/C (you'll need it in Cartagena). Fantastic breakfast every day. Didn't use the rooftop bar (it was too hot while we were here) but it looked really nice and had great views looking East and South.

None! Had an issue with our shower head but the staff fixed it within 10 minutes. This hotel is on the pricier end for most travellers but for the end of our trip was worth the extra money.

The breakfast was incredible delicious. The people in the reception and the bar very supportive.

The location was not what we were expecting, although it is walking distance to the city center and some attractions the heat of the city does not make this easy always to walk.. the entrance door was not working properly and the first floor patio was dead, the water fall was not working and there was not fan or good environment to invites us to use the space.

The hotel is really exquisite in terms of style, shared spaces and rooms comfort. It offers a peaceful environment in the middle of the vibrant Getsemani. The rooftop with pool are very cozy and are a treat after visiting the busy city center. The hotel offers a great choice of exclusive day trips, even thought they seem expensive

One day we missed breakfast time (it was 10.20, breakfast is served until 10, our bad!) but could get not even a coffee and some fruit. One of our AC unit was leaking some water, but the staff tried to fix it immediately.

The breakfast was my daughters favorite part, the food was amazing. The staff was out of this world, they were so accommodating and friendly. They helped us with our taxis and any questions we had. I really could not say anything bad about the place. The water did go out one night but I think cause a storm hit the night before but it was up and running in the evening. They really know what they’re doing here and I would not hesitate to stay here.

More menu options, we didn’t know we could order outside of the menu per request until they told us.. they should write that on the menu

The staff is really the highlight of this place, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, everyone has a lovely smile on their faces and are so helpful. The room was spacious and well-designed, the breakfast was scrumptious, the pool is refreshing, and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Getsemani and only a 10 minute walk away from downtown.

We stayed in two rooms in this hotel. The first one (210) had a strong smell of mold in the bathroom that was almost unbearable. The second room (203), was absolutely perfect!
