I liked that the hotel fit my needs. Which is a room to put my baggage and come to at night to get some sleep. The breakfast was included and it varied daily.

I'm 2 meters long, which meant that my ankles kept hanging from the bed. I don't know if they have bigger beds :D.

Breakfast was fine. The area is perfect, very centric from the metro and Provenza. Perfect location if you want to party. And the staff was kind.

The pillows were not comfy. The bathroom does not have a place to put your stuff. And the zone is noisy too.

I liked that the hotel was central in Palomine, but more in the part where people live. The staff was helpful, and the two ladies who served the breakfast and cleaned my room was fabulous.

I knew it before I booked it, but it's a lot of noise from outside, so it's a good idea to bring earplugs.

The rooms were clean and the staff gave you earplugs to help with the noise from the street at night, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was basic but good and the bathroom was clean. Staff were super accomodating with our bags when we checked out and looked after them for us until our night bus.

The noise at nice didn't bother us too much, but it's something to consider if you're a light sleeper.

The hotel staff was pleasant and attentive. The greatest of all was Diana, the breakfast person. She would make a simple breakfast feel special every day. Way to go Diana! The rooms had a basket with toiletries, snacks and the mini bar was nicely stocked. The location of this property could not be better.

Door lock was never repaired during my stay. Fortunately, nothing major happened; there are security cameras everywhere. There are two bars at each side of the hotel from 2 PM to 2 AM so bring your noise cancellation devices or just join the party.

It is in the heart of poblado, really near from everything. If you travel llking for bar, restaurants and clubs, it is the hotel. Everything can be reached walking, and this part of el poblado are better than others. I really recommend.

It is only an attention point, it make some noisy during the night, mainly to the restaurants nearby and the tacos restaurants that is beside, for me it is not a problem , but people who has more difficult to sleep, pay attention.

Very well located in the middle of the best district in Medellin. Not pricy compared to the rest of el poblado Laura is nice 🤙

Jacuzzi not working and bit loud due to a bar under the hotel

Location is great, right next to El Poblado park and a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants. The jacuzzi was great and had it mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was nice as was the staff.

We had room 201 which is right next to the reception and right above the busy night life below. It was really loud till like 3am. We were told to buy !! earplugs. Would have been a good idea to provide those. Otherwise if you are hungry or want to go out, it's right downstairs.
